Not sure. It is plastic.
The item came a little off. One of the pads on the roller was unattached and after using, it curled up. We do like the item overall and as a result, are asking for a replacement order. However, we are not sure how it will work on a hardwood floor without curling up again. It's all plastic which is also a cause for concern. Seems like it will break easily, but time will tell on that. I'm sure the return period will be up before we have a real chance to test that out.

Disappointed
I tried using the to mor my washer and dryer to redo the floor in my utility room.Going from hard floor to carpet did not work. Making turns did not work. The roller pieces kept coming out from under the appliance having to reposition the rollers and making sure the wheels were in the right direction.I cut a large box and slid the appliances where I needed.

Surprised how well it worked.
I have now used this multiple times. I moved a large fish tank with it. I thought for sure it wouldn't work. But... it did! Save a lot of time and energy. I have also moved book cases, a China hutch, and other furniture items. Very worth the spend!

Save Your Back
This is a wonderful invention that has saved my back. I can now move heavy items without bothering my husband who also has a bad back!

Defective unit, not as sturdy as advertised
One slider was missing the swivel mechanism, making the system much more difficult to use right out of the box.The lifter bent while lifting furniture, making it nearly useless. I don’t believe the weight rating is nearly as high as advertised.I will be returning this item. Not sure I would get it again.

Absolutely works for me but…
Absolutely worked for me I was very surprised… HOWEVER!!! With that said … I am left puzzled as to how I get the rollers from the back two legs and the front left leg out from under my washer/dryer in one machine… 🤦♀️ if I want it against the back wall and side wall there is no feasible way to get my rollers back to reuse them…which sucks. I think this company should send a few sets of rollers 🤷♀️ just saying. I mean their main customer base is probably made up of fragile adults whether that be the elderly or previously injured (like myself)… so they have to know that this product was purchased because there is no alternative… or at least limited alternative solutions that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg…. So it’s not like I can pull it out from where I want it and remove my rollers and just scoot it back… kind of irritating
