Yes, both microwave and dishwasher safe. They’re wonderful.

Do these plates get too hot to touch in microwave?

Not at all. They are as hot as you would expect with Any other plate. I also put them in the dishwasher I have never had an issue. They still shining beautifully

Is the white a pure white or a creamy off white?

It is a creamy off white...almost gray.
