Love this product! Worth every penny!
My daughter absolutely loves her potato cups! These cups are better than the traditional sippy cups, especially with the straw attachment. We went from bottle directly to the straw. The transition was effortless! No mess, no leaking of fluids and extremely easy for a baby/toddler to hold. It’s 10z but can hold about 11oz without leak. Cleaning the straw attachments isn’t hard, you’ll just need a straw brush. Dishwasher safe for the cup/handle/top with lid, we just don’t put the weighted straw nor the top straw attachment in there since they’re small pieces.

My daughter loves these!
My daughter loves these! We have bought more than 25 bottles so far, since the color turns yellow after some time. But she loves the bottle!

Best cup for transition from bottle
My baby refused a few others that we tried but she immediately loved this one. It’s definitely leakproof and so easy to drink from. UPDATE: we still like this cup WHEN it works, my complaint is that the parts come apart after using it for a little while! It’s very annoying when your kid is drinking and it stops working! It requires you to open the whole thing and assemble it again!

It really doesn’t leak!!!!
I was in search of a weighted straw cup for my 1 year old. In the past we used the Munchkin brand and for the life of me I can’t figure out why those have such high reviews. The Munchkin cups, when sitting on the counter will just start to push liquid up and out of the top of the straw so it’s eventually sitting in a large puddle of liquid. Also, when my son would carry the cup around, if he didn’t have the cover over the straw, liquid would splatter every where! There would be a trail of milk droplets scattered all over my kitchen floor. Needless to say, I needed a new cup. I tried this Potato brand cup and although I’ve only used it for a week, I can say that it’s a MILLION times better than our old one. It truly doesn’t leak, liquid doesn’t regurgitate through the straw and there are no splatters when he bangs it around. Yay!!! There are a few cons though... - There are a lot of parts to this sippy cup. 7 to be exact. ( The cup, handle, screw top lid, spout, a little piece that attaches the straw to the spout, straw, weight). To me, that seems like a lot for a straw cup to have to take apart and wash and then put back together each time for use. - Personally, I struggle to pull the spout through the lid. I feel like I’m going to tear it each time I put it together. Again, I’ve only had it for a week so maybe I’ll get better at it? - The cap should be removable. I’m afraid that with all the banging around my child will do, the lid will break off soon. That could potentially be an issue since I imagine the breakage will cause sharp edges. - The straw is about .5 inch too long for the cup. I’ll probably cut off the tip so that it’s easier for my son to get the last bit of milk out of the cup. - Its kind of pricey for a sippy cup. $15 in comparison to all the others out there seems a bit high. - Lastly, I’m sure this is probably a rare case, but the cup comes with 2 different spouts (one for ages 6-12mo and one for over 12 months). The spout I received for the 6-12 mo didn’t have holes poked through the spout so absolutely no liquid would come out? I didn’t want to return the whole cup and I couldn’t find a way to contact the seller so I just let it go. Especially since we would primarily use the 12+ month spout. I know it seems like a lot of cons about this cup but overall, i will buy a second Potato Brand cup. I was so tired of constantly cleaning up the mess the other cup made. I’d rather spend a few extra minutes doing dishes than cleaning up spills on the floor and furniture.

Works well, but could be better…
Overall this cup is pretty good, my little loves the straw. The weight works well, the handles are easy to grasp. The swivel is annoying imo, and frustrating for my little. It was definitely easy for her to learn with, drinking from a Straw. So that’s a plus. But there are some serious design flaws that make it a little bit frustrating for her to use. The cap that covers the straw does not stay back and there is no convenient way to remove it easily (I did just break it off, as it serves no real purpose unless you’re traveling with the cup, for cleanliness. But we use at home…) basically it flips back-and-forth while she’s drinking, For an 8 month old it’s really frustrating. Also the clear part, the actual cup, has a slight yellow tint to it, I think it looks gross and dirty. It could easily just be clear and would look so much better. It makes the water look like it is old and nasty imo… we will still use it, as the straw and weight are great, and handles are good for her little hands. But improvements would go along way! :-)

Poor quality.
Started out okay. Liked the two different tops (straw/sippy style). But it broke after only a few uses. I don't even know how it happened; it's like the two pieces never went together to begin with. Disappointed. Also, the plastic straw insert part fell back into the cup, causing major spills several times.
