Do the size 3 nappies have an elasticated waistband?

In my opinion the only good nappies from mama bear are the disney ultra dry nappies. I tried ultra dry and premium and they leak in each size. The disney costs the same as premium ones.

Is it possible to get a sample of a 7+ nappy? Don’t want to buy 100 & find they’re too small.
