Shampoo Birch Buds and Burdock Oil for Dry and Normal Hair, 600 Ml (World Best Recepies)

This burdock shampoo smells very good, but it is similar to any inexpensive pharmacy brand, as far as quality. It does contain SLS and parabens, as well as natural extracts and oils. It definitely does not fit into a "natural" category, if you only use organic and chemical-free body products. I am Russian and use a lot of Grandma Agafia products, as well as other Russian cosmetic brands, mostly for their pleasant aromas.This shampoo gave my short and fine hair some additional volume, but did not provide enough moisture, in fact I found it rather drying. I did not find a matching burdock conditioner, so ordered it separately from another seller. The bottle is large, but cheaply manufactured -- it needs a plastic ring squeezing mechanism, which would make dispensing more convenient. The shampoo is transparent green in color, but fairly dense, and comes out in globs. Overall, it is just ok, I do love how it smells, however -- hay, grass, green leaves -- it's somehow calming and uplifting at the same time. I would recommend other products, particularly the "volume and fluffiness no. 4" shampoo and conditioner series, and especially body soaps in round jars. All of Grandma Agafia products smell really, really great.Delivery was fast, and my shampoo arrived safely packaged.

If you're after birch fragrance, like I was, it's not here. However, this is a good simple shampoo that really seems to treat my hair wonderfully. It's a huge bottle and it will last nearly forever. It's old school. The cap still screws off-- no turning upside down quickly to squirt it. I suspect it's got mostly natural ingredients... but I can't read Russian so I don't know. Everything on the bottle is Russian.

I bought a bottle of this birch/burdock shampoo on impulse when making an order from this seller for my husband, who is Russian. I didn't have high expectations for it because Russian shampoos I've tried in the past were pretty mediocre or worse. But I liked the label, it was only six bucks, I was almost out of shampoo and this was going to save me a trip to the store... I was really surprised when I used it - it has a great fragrance, makes a lot of lather, and it really does makes my hair smooth and shiny and somehow adds noticeable volume. My hair stylist even asked me when I had gotten a keratin treatment! For the record, I have long, fine, very straight hair and this is one of the few shampoos that consistently give it volume. And I love how my hair smells even hours after it's dry, not strong, but really fresh. I bought a few extra bottles this time around, because if this seller runs out I doubt I'll be able to find it again.

Nothing special. No special effect even after using it for a while.

This shampoo is fabulous. I buy burdock oil goods from RussianShoppe all the time and am never disappointed! You can't beat the price, it smells awesome. It's a pretty big bottle and you don't have to use very much so it'll last a long time. This shampoo can be paired with any conditioner, and you can really feel the difference in the softness in your hair. Since I've been using burdock oil products my hair has been in the best condition yet. Definitely recommend this! They also have a hair mask that I've bought with this before and it's pretty good too. The only downside to these products is that all the writing is in Russian and it doesn't come with english information. But I guess when you're using a shampoo things are pretty straight forward... Anyway try this shampoo!

Unfortunately I was allergic to this, loved the way it made my hair feel and smellm but had to discontinue due to allergies.

I have wavy curly hair, or for anyone who happens to know their curl type I am a curl type 5. This conditioner is fantastic, it keeps my curls very well moisturized and I love how they look when I am finished washing my hair. I use this with the matching oil and conditioner and as a new york city model I am very very very happy.I'd recommend it to anyone and I do.and for the record this seller has great stuff I use everything they have, it's a great store with fantastic prices!!!!!!
