Very good griddle to serve my favorite sirloin or fillet heart. The wooden base is very resistant to support the plate. The product came well packaged and protected.

I actually bought it for my Ninja Foodi Grill and my Ninja Foodi TenderCrisp Cooker. It works GREAT and fits perfectly. Cleaning is so easy. Before using, I wipe it with a very small amount of Avacado oil ( you can use any high temp oil), then preheat in the Foodi. The Ninja Foodi grill will tell you when to "Add food", the TenderCrisp Foodi needs to preheat 7-10 min. Then cook your food. I've used marinated chicken, fish, and steaks. After you use it, let it cool, then put a dab of dish soap and some hot water in it and it wipes out and looks as if nothing has been cooked in it. You can put it on top of the grill plate on the Ninja Foodi Grill. For the Ninja Foodi TenderCrisp you can either use the bottom layer of the "Deluxe Reversible Rack", or if you want it about 1/2 inch closer to the Crisping lid, you can place it on the black trivet that comes attached to the bottom of the air crisp basket (it just pulls off and on). That will bring it up to the 3.5L mark / 15oz. mark, on the inside of the Tendercrisp pot. See photos to see how it fits in each of the cookware. I don't use the nice wooden platter holder, but it is nice quality.

I bought this with the intention of using in my Instant Vortex Plus air fryer. It fit perfectly (I did have to invert my slider tray to keep it level). I bought to cook my steaks on, for the nice sear and retain the juices to pour on steaks when serving.

The iron pan is gerat. I couldn't ask for better. The wooden holder is quite functional, but really janky looking. Pass on this one if you need that base to look impressive.

Been using it in our air fryer and it works really well, heat it up for about 20 minutes throw your steak on it, flip it once and you got a nicely seared steak. The wooden plate thing is really good too, that way you can eat right from the Pan.

Fits perfectly in the Ninja Foodi Deluxe. I also use it to make grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas for my toddler quite often.I did wash with warm soapy water first and then seasoned the pan with flaxseed oil 3x in my Ninja Foodi at 400 degrees before use. Not sure if it needed it or not, but I figure it couldn’t hurt.
