Easy to use

Don't bother, save your money
Seriously, I know it was cheap, but this is the worst product I have bought from Amazon. The fitness band itself is OK, but the app that it comes with is complete C***. If you manage to actually pair the band and your phone, you discover you cannot discover the band in the app. This means you cannot use any of the history functions or the analytical functions, you can't even set the time. I've tried it on 3 devices, using multiple different versions of the software - no joy. I've now given up and assigned the fitness band to the bin. Every other Bluetooth device I have bought has always connected correctly straight out of the box, why this piece of rubbish does not is beyond me. So my advise, don't be attracted by the price, if you want a fitness band that works look elsewhere.

Value for money
Like the watch. What I don't like is the fact that the strap gets mucky and can't be cleaned. To top that, I cannot find a replacement strap at all

Just the standard things on the app. Only can check what all your stats are and put alarm. But good if you want only them things it provides.

Rubbish
This item arrived in a plastic bag with no instructions or charging cable. Haven't a clue how to use it. Absolute rubbish. Avoid this item. Not worth half a star rating.

Shame it won't talk to a phone
After much fiddling and trial and error I managed to set the time manually. Reset it (keep pressing the lower screen through the long menu until you get to Reset) at 9:00am on a Saturday and you have a watch showing correct time and day but wrong date. (starts Jan 1st) But try as I may I could not get it to connect with my phone even though my phone found the BT signal and said it was connected, and the tiny logo on the watch turned from red to green indicating a connection. But the App refused to acknowledge the watch. Heart rate indicates on the watch but it is miles wrong. Showing 105bpm when 57 actual.Great shame as it could be a good watch if you could get an app to talk to it.
