Are these drifit/sweat proof for runners?

I’d say they are very sweat proof, I sweat a lot during my workouts and never had I had a problem with seeing sweat not feeling like the pants were wet. For context I’m not a runner, I’m a power lifter.

Is the Leggings true size? Or do I have to order 1 size up?

I found them to be 1 size too large for working out. Athleisure fit is fine. I ordered a small and am exchanging for an extra small. The waist is not compressive at all for a small. Would constantly need to pull up during a cardio workout.

How do these compare with the 7/8 version which are my faves, but for summer thought this slightly shorter length worth a try?

They are exactly the same just shorter. Love them! Colorful koala on my favorite leggings by far
