I was skeptical to buy this from another review where the screws fell out I asked how strong was this product and didn't get a reply. I'm a powerlifting champion who weighs 165 lbs my best competition lifts are a 630 squat, 420 bench, and a 580 deadlift I let my 11 year old brother try first he bench presses like the bar but on this he could do level 12 than I thought that cant be right did 12 and damb way way to easy put 16 I felt something but still easy than 20 I started to squeeze and the arms bent. It's very thin arms like coat hanger thin. I could see this being a good product for someone who's never lifted weights but on level 16 I could do that a 100x and that's not my thing I'm into strength and this said 440 lbs level 16 is like 110 lbs. But yeah false advertising and a weak over priced product put $40 and put the actual measurements which would be like 10 lbs to 110 lbs and tell people don't go past 16. I typically do a bit more research before buying a product its partially my fault. Amazon once again proves why I only shop at Amazon. 1 star product 5 star service

I can feel it training my inner chest, lower chest, upper chest, and front of my shoulders. It's nice to use in my office when I take abreak.Also, good resistance. I consider myself on the stronger side and can't do more than 12 of these at a time.

I bought this for my husband. In my opinion,you get what you pay.

Easy to use but hydronic release isn’t as good as I expected

It helps with arm wrestling... only this it rep slow.... no big deal... I get workout

Covered in white I assume is the hydraulic oil, product doesnt work and makes weird noises like the fluid is being pushed out
