I had a tough time opening the lid of this, like 3-4 attempts and I was close to cutting a hole through the plastic, and I was ready to leave a negative review; however, when the lid finally opened up, the scent of the product hit me, and I immediately forget my initial frustrations... divine! Now, I know that scents are subjective, but the best description I can give is that it has a sweet, roasted nutty, creamy aroma. It is not at all cheap or artificial smelling.The exfoliating granules are noticeable without being abrasive.The texture of the product is lovely- it is slightly mousse-like, just ever-so-slightly like whipped-cream in texture but still has significant substance to it.I used this sparingly on my body, and several hours later my husband noted (as a compliment) that I smelt like a baked dessert lol. The scent stayed on the skin for hours.I found my skin was soft and felt clean without that stiff, dried-out feeling.I have no complaints. I love this product and will definitely recommend and will be making a repeat purchase.

I hadn't amely macadamia before I purchased this. Now I knot that I don't like the smell which is a shame because dove is such a great brand I use quite a few of their products. Will purchase a body scub from them again but not macadamia.
