These are AWESOME and a great price.
It asked me to rate the taste. I put 5 stars as they do not impart any taste whatsoever to the coffee when brewed in a cold brew setup. They are very sturdy. I thought I was going to have to replace the stainless steel cylinder filter for my cold brew setup when the bottom became partially separated and no longer held a seal around the edge dumping quite a lot of grounds into the water ruining most of the brew. Then I saw these and figured at this price, why not give them a shot. I was thoroughly, enjoyably, surprised. I simply slide one of these into the cylinder filter with the broken bottom ad go and brew it. They last quite a long time - enough for several brew cycles if I use very strong grounds or use a lot of them. Great product for a great price!!!

Excellent Product
These pouches are sturdy, perform exceptionally well, are packaged securely, and are priced reasonably. I use them 1-2 times per week to make cold brew coffee in a 1 quart Mason Jar system I got from Amazon. I order ahead to avoid running out.

Cleanest method for making cold brew
I love cold brew but it can be messy to make. These bags are the neatest and cleanest method I have found so far. It basically asked like a giant teabag. Once the cold brew is done (~18 hours for me) just dispose of the bag with the grounds. I put the grounds into my compost bin and toss the used bag.

Works fine so far, even for other purposes, and great value
Shortly after getting this, the wife and I tried making a batch of cold-brew coffee, just enough for the next morning, leaving it overnight. Worked great. Now I'm also using it to contain fruit when making mead. We'll see how that turns out, but it's got to be better than having to clean citrus pulp out of everything, especially the siphon and racking cane, like when I used cut-up oranges directly in it. :-)And to top it off, it's a much better price per bag than I've seen elsewhere.Update: I now have four small batches of mead (quarts) in "secondary fermentation" (flavoring/aging step), with these bags holding flavorings. They seem to work great for that too, with nary a bit of pulp or other non-tiny crud getting in. The flavorings include blackberry (two bags full, total half a pound), lemon (one half, cut up, plus a clove), lime (one, cut up), and ginger (very small diced). From the smell and look (haven't tasted them yet), the meads seem like they have been getting "dosed" with the flavorings just fine.

Work well for French Press
I use these for my 32oz French Press pot and they work well. I prefer DARK ROAST, deeply rich flavorful black coffee. However, I find these filters tweak the flavor more than other types in that I don’t get as much of a robust tasting cup as with other types of filters (CAFFI). Other than that, they do an excellent job of filtering the grinds for a clean cup of coffee.

Making cold brew but tired of the sludge?
These are what you need. You'll want to use a large grind size, like 30 on a burr grinder, and then use these bags.I bought a fancy cold brew bottle with the stainless steel filter, I don't even use that filter any longer. The bag is more than sufficient.I pour in the grinds, pour water into the open bag, then pull the bag closed and put it in the fridge. No sludge. No aftertaste.

Work great for cold brew
These hold alot of coffee grounds. I put about a cup in and still have plenty of room. Tie it tight. I don't get grinds in my coffee. Super easy just throw it away.

L❤️VE these!
This is the best invention ever for coffee both HOT & COLD. I use these mainly for my morning hot coffee. I packed away all my other coffee appliances and solely use these. I heat up the water with my electric kettle, pour my grounds into these, place in my coffee cup, pour the water into the filter, cinch up the bag, and voila…. Perfect cup of brewed coffee. No mess. No cleaning pots of coffee makers anymore. You can even pre fill these and store in an airtight container or ziplock for even more convenience. So smart.
