The frames look good and seem sturdy enough, but they are NOT 8” openings. I don’t know how the rest of the world measures frames, but I was taught to measure by the opening of the frame itself

These are NOT 8x8 frames.The frame measures 7 and 5/16 x the sameThe window only measures 6 5/16 x the same.So if you have an 8x8 picture, as I do, these will NOT work unless you trim off the picture itself.In my case, I refuse to lose any of the picture.

I would mention that these are called format frames for a reason. It’s important to note that if you’re framing a photograph, the glass rests directly on the photographic paper. Over the long run, this will probably damage a photograph. This is not a frame you can use a mat with to keep the glass of the image. Overall, I love these frames because you can gift them, and people do appreciate them.

I absolutely love these frames! They were shipped with corner protectors and facing each other so they come without any damage. They have glass rather than cheap plastic like the other frames I was looking at getting, and they were more affordable than the options my Michael's and Joann's. Overall I really love the frames!

I'm the type of person who pays attention to detail. Even though the frames look great overall (we'll see if they stay great when I use them), I can't help but notice that the quality of attention to detail is subpar, hence the 2 stars.

These are great! Best value out there. Easy to use, simple design. The only tricky thing is the back has to go back in exactly the way it was taken out, or it won't fit. Once you figure that out or you are good to go!

The frames do the job. They feel decently sturdy, and have real glass. They only have one hook keeping the backing in place though.

This is a great set of frames for the cost. The 8x8 DOES cut off a sliver of the photo around the edges and the frames lose a star for that. I do worry about the glass sitting directly on the photo but again, for the value, it's no big deal. However the frames seem sturdy, the prop and hanger work well, and they were packaged very securely - no way those are breaking during shipping!
