Update- I had a mascara emergency recently ( I lost it while applying in the car, stoped, of course) or it fell out of the car for the walk of tardy shame for kid 2….it was a run into Walgreens and I didn’t want to spend a ton for what I may find later. Welcome to my life Wet n wild in the purple tube (waterproof over my primer), it has the same brush, I still poked myself in the eye, but I could tell no difference. Price tag, under $3 on sale. Zero flaking, zero smudge. Never did I think I would love a $3 mascara. Maybe fresher than this one? IDK. I may just have been converted. Original/ First I will say that I am a total mascara snob, I do not go ANYWHERE without mascara on. I have used Lancôme for 20+ years and any time I found the “next greatest” mascara and tried it I was so disappointed. I read lots of reviews and could hardly believe that THIS product could be this amazing. I expected a good mascara but nothing that blew me away. I was so wrong! The first time I tried it my lashes looked amazing! I have long and very thick lashes so many mascaras clump the lashes together, even my beloved Lancôme. The ones that do not clump do not seem to produce any noticeable results. THIS mascara not only gave perfect coverage from root easily to tip, it is a perfect level of thickness. There is NO CLUMPING! I have used it over my Lancôme primer just because I find that I get less under the eye mascara as the day progresses. However when I haven’t the lashes still look long, thick and defined. And it is absolutely the best single cosmetic product I have ever used! The brush took a few tries to really feel like I got it, but making sure the very tip is wiped is key to a random blob on my lid. I admit that having used different brushes for so long that I stabbed myself in the eye the first time I used it but that was entirely my fault. I also have always used a waterproof mascara, in heat and humidity it just stays better, however this has amazing staying power. I often fall asleep without removing makeup, but this is still looking great when I get up and is easily removed by my usual facial cleanser. I have not needed eye makeup remover. This was by far the best purchase I have made in a long time. Everyone needs to try this!!! I will add pictures if I can to the review. Edit- I am now on maybe my 4th tube (the first one is still pretty “fresh” and have tried a few others since buying this (ok, I’m obsessed with mascara!) AND given this as gifts multiple times and this still is by far the best mascara I’ve ever used. I have not gotten the waterproof version even though that is normally what I would go with because this one stays put so well. Seriously not sure how it is so inexpensive. Love it and everyone I have given this to has then ordered it.

Every time I look for a mascara on Amazon it shows me this stuff and they finally offered a coupon as well so I decided to try it bc it was cheaper than what I normally use. I was expecting the reviews to be mostly hype but am surprised and happy to report that this mascara is actually pretty damn good. It doesnt irritate my eyes in the least. I've had a lot of problems lately with mascaras and eye allergies so it's nice to know it's not all of them causing problems. I like the longer thinner brush this has. I was about to purchase a Lancome mascara bc I loved the brush on one of theirs, but this has a similar type brush. More control and precision. The formula surprised me. It is ink black. I didn't realize that a lot of my black mascaras weren't this black lol. The formula isn't too wet or too dry but it leans more towards to wet side if that makes sense. It goes on very nicely and separates my lashes. It dries completely and the part that impressed me the most is it dries so soft! No crunchy stiff lashes. No clumping. It is the least mascara looking mascara I've tried in terms of finished texture of your lashes. I have blonde invisible lashes naturally so it is awesome that this mascara makes them so dark and natural looking. I've had absolutely zero flaking or smudging with this. It stays looking good, no surprises in the mirror hours later. It does require eye makeup remover imo though. I took a shower and washed my face and still had raccoon eyes but it removed easily with eye makeup remover. Happily surprised with this!

I've used a lot of different types of mascara, both high-end and drugstore. I got this one on sale for about $6, which was a great value for this product. I do like it pretty good and would buy it again; I'd put it in the $12-$15ish price range based on quality. It has the plastic spike 'bristles' and goes on really well. I felt like my lashes were covered corner-to-corner and fanned out nicely and separated. It wasn't messy upon application requiring any clean-up. My only complaint would be that it does have a little flaking/fallout over some hours, but not terribly. Very NOT moisture resistant-- not a problem for me this time of year, maybe not great for humid weather.

This mascara is perfection in a tube! It deposits a perfect amount of product in just one application but I like two. Zero flaking, no chemical noxious smell, and no smudging at all. Amazing length and volume. I couldn't make a better mascara myself! I used to use another product for many years but I wanted to try this just for the many great comments and wonderful packaging, I do like a nice presentation. I sleep with mascara on and this never ever flaked or smudged and I am SO impressed. My usual mascara doesn't do that! I now am a loyal Vivienne Sabó fan. Gorgeous mascara in every single way!!!!!

I love this mascara and have been using it for years. Lasts all day, lengthening, never clumpy. Perfection!

I purchased my first tube of this mascara in July of 25 and it was $9. A friend of mine recommended and said that it was amazing and extremely affordable. I guess the brand got popular in the company got greedy as they all seem to do because when I went to order another tube in September it was $5 more expensive and has stayed pretty steady at this price since. My first tube was in the brown shade and I loved it. The second one I got was the black and it came dried up slightly already. I thought about returning it just never got around to it. Hopefully it was just a bad tube. I probably won't order this mascara again because I don't understand raising the price $5 just because your products got popular. Corporate greed at it's finest.

I really like the quality and how it makes my lushes look. Best out of the many brands I've tried so far.
