This does take some time to get in, as it is a large item and is shipping from China. The estimates that they provided were spot on, from what I recall.This chair comes in a large crate with two major components, the base and the scorpion tail (monitor holder). The base is the largest/heaviest piece and I don't recommend moving it up multiple sets of stairs or tight corridors. (Please note that these major items are bolted down to the pallet for stability in shipping. It takes a little time to get everything else out of the box to access these bolts.)The scorpion tail requires two people to be able to hold it in place while attaching the bolts. It has access points all along the top, which allows easy access to route new cables to the monitor mounts. There is also a power strip at the monitor end of the tail to provide power to each monitor.The videos show exactly how to assemble it, as long as you choose the right one for your chair.The base does have a couple of rollers on it, which have allowed me to move the fully assembled chair on a hardwood floor without seeing damage. A thick rug might be challenging to roll it around, though.In addition to this being an exciting chair that is well designed, I find the most exciting part of owning this is how easy it is to customize to fit my needs. I have a 3D printer and have been able to utilize the bolting points and extra hardware to attach a high output light therapy light, fan, and laptop holders to the scorpion tail. I've also added a cat platform using some wood and the larger bolts/threads that were used purely for shipping, which sets behind the seat.(I did have an issue, as noted in Cons, where a spring stabbed through the leather in the seat cushion after about 9 months. I contacted Customer Service, via Amazon, and provided screenshots and details. After confirming it was the bottom cushion and the type of seat I had, a new one was shipped out. It came with all possible bolts, as there are a couple different builds of this chair, but was easy to reference the initial videos to disassemble and replace the seat cushion. Again, a very modular design and easy to work on.)

This is an awesome product. Become completely immersed in your computing world. It is solid and well-built. It is hard work to assemble but rewarding once done.There was just one problem for me: The seat is a race-bucket type seat and is better suited for skinny teenagers. It was very uncomfortable for me. I could not spend 8 hours in it for work, not even 4. Most of the weight went to my tailbone.If they had a more ergonomic chair -- this thing would be a dream.

The media could not be loaded. I typically dont write reviews, however for this product I decided too. I was looking at this chair for about two or three years now and finally decided to pull the trigger. I am happy I did. The customer service was excellent, delivery was early and the chair was packaged good. The chair itself is comfortable and is a game changer. I bought this originally for work and have 3 32 inch monitors hooked up, however I am tempted to put my wide screen gaming monitor on here as this chair is perfect for both (the chair I got had a rumble seat optin so sitting in the chair playing video games is a whole new experience.) If you were like me, hesitant or skeptical, it's a legit chair. Be prepared to have a friend help move it inside and set it up. The setup was fairly simple with just a few challenges but nothing that couldn't be figured out.

My husband absolutely loves this chair! He's not a gamer but spends most of his workday at home on the computer developing software and supporting customers. He used to do this with a standard desk configuration but can now do it a lot more comfortably. The only downside is getting him to come out of his office! :-D
