Good prpduct
Very good product easy to use and sticky for a good few usages. Helps conduct the heat and electrical pulses well from my tens machine. Helps with the use of the tenat machine increase the pain relief as it conducts it so well will definitely buy again when I need more.

Works for me
I brought this as after having a mirena coil fitted I begain having on and off cramps most of the time, and the period pains were worst than i had before having it fitted. I didnt want to keep taking painkillers so thought i'd give this a go. It works for me in about 5 mins of turning it on. At first it was a bit confusing on how to turn it on but after reading the instructions i got the hang of it after a few tries.I get really bad cramps when i am on (one time I had to go to A&E after calling NHS 111 and they told me to go as i couldnt handle the pain even after taking the max dosage of paracetamol, ibuprofen and buscopan), But i havent been able to test in on one of those cramps yet as not had one yet but will try to test it when i next get one and put it on my review if i remember. I have tested it on the medium pain cramps (the ones where you can no longer ignore the pain and have to seek pain relief) and it works on those for me. I havent had to take any painkillers and there is no pain while it is on for me.

Disappointing
After reading the rave reviews on here, I couldn't wait for this item to show up. I have had to deal with excruciating endometriosis pain on a daily basis and thought this might replace heavy-duty painkillers. I was wrong. It feels nice, it is sort of comforting but it doesn't do much else. The heat function does not get nearly got enough to offer real relief and the TENS function seemed to make zero difference to the pain. Also, you only get 6 20 minute sessions out of it, no where near long enough. It takes longer than that to charge. That being said, it might be worth mentioning my endo is very severe. For someone who has less pain or for someone who is just using it for menstrual cramps, it might work. In my opinion however, definitely not worth the price tag. Didn't replace my hot water bottle or my mind-numbing pills. Crushed.

Great pain relief, short battery life
Lovely little gadget that has been really good at administering pain relief, just wish the battery lasted longer.

Endo girls- you need this
This has saved me over the past few days having a bad endo flare.I’ve had it on me since I got it.Only down side is I wish the battery life lasted longer as I want to use it all of the time. The replacement pads are also quite expensive. I’ve had it one day and used it a lot and the pads that came with it are already loosing their stick. Will be buying Cheeper replacement pads to see if they work if not I’ll have to revert to the branded ones.Overall, really recommend because it’s been life changing.

Great device, but worth the price?
After suffering with near constant cramping all throughout the month, the first days of my period were agonising, to the point I'd actually burn my skin all over my thighs and abdomen because I'd be using a heat pad at its maximum. I have diagnosed endo and adenomyosis and it's been 3 years since my first and so far only surgery to address the issue. For Xmas my in laws gifted me a £30 Amazon voucher and I decided to use it to pay for what seemed to be a quality, durable, ergonomic TENS pad specifically for those of us with severe period cramping. After initially being really scared to turn on the TENS (I have a lot of weird fears and I'd never experienced ENS before!!) I eventually got brave and WOW. Game. Changer. All the pain relief I need right there. It is awesome. The variable settings are brilliant and it works. I can't rave enough about it.Why only 3 stars? I was bordering on 4, but the first issue I have is a pretty big one when you consider this costs in the region of £50 or so:- I expected for the price that it would hold charge a lot better. I get two uses out of it before it runs out of power. I need to run it two cycles at least 3 or 4 times a day on my real bad days.- The heat is focused way too much in one place and it gets too hot. I find it gets really uncomfortable, but I need some heat with the ENS for the best effect.- It would be great if it came with a portable carry pouch and USB lead so you can take it safely and discretely with you wherever you go. Not a biggie, but for the price, again I'd like those little touches.I wouldn't be without it now, but I don't know if I can honestly say it's totally there yet and worth the high price.

Use CBD tampons or cheap heat pads instead, trust me!
Doesn't really work for me and the heat function burns just one side of my skin. Just not a fan of this as it's quite a faff. Turn it on, stays on 20mins, auto shut off, have to wait 20mins before using again, then have to lift your clothes or try to feel the button through your clothes to switch it on etc, just a real faff. Extra star because it's comfortable to wear and easy to use though.Tbh you're better off spending your money on CBD tampons which hugely reduced my period pain (I have confirmed endometriosis). You can also get heat patches that warm up when you open the package and expose them to air. Those stay warm on my abdomen for hours, sometimes 6-8 hours even. And they're like £5 for a pack of 5 or whatever. And CBD tampons aren't very expensive either for the amount of pain relief they provide, before CBD tampons I had to use codeine AND paracetamol monthly (taking paracetamol religiously every 4 hours and staring at the clock after the 3rd hour, in horrible pain and desperately waiting until I was able to take my next dose) and even the codeine didn't always work, but I only need paracetamol now because the CBD tampons are so good. You can also get an electric heating pad or blanket which is fab for cramps. There are better and cheaper options than this thing. Sorry.
