Blue Raspberry Type Extract, Natural Flavor Blend - 4 fl. oz. glass bottle

Very strong grape berry flavor. Not blue raspberry! Buy some citric acid to help with the tartness. I got close to a good blue raz flavor but this stuff is too sweet, not a good flavor by itself. Added to another blue raspberry flavored product to achieve a perfect balance. Used this to up the sweetness of the flavor and the aroma, which it did. It only took one drop in 2 quarts of liquid to "help" just enough.

Complete waste of money. I bought this to make gummy worms and gummy bears for my family. The smell and taste is closer to cough syrup. I’m surprised they couldn’t get near a raspberry flavor which is common. It appears that great flavorings are a highly guarded secret by big companies. Pineapple is another one. If I do find some that are great, I will be sure to update. In the meantime, save your time and money.

Most Blue Raspberry flavoring is off or just not strong enough, this one is perfect. I make hard candy and copycat chews out of this and bump up gummie flavor with it. Very good flavor and potent.
