Worked on my 2013 Impreza.
Had to replace my PCV Valve and was suggested to replace the hose as well. It fit perfectly and doing it myself was so much cheaper than letting the shop to do it. I have a 2013 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Base.

factory replacement for my 2011 Forester
The original hose on my 2011 Forester cracked. This was a factory replacement and super easy to install. I suggest replacing the pcv valve if you're replacing this, not much more work once you're in there.
