Make Your Move: Hannaford Prep, Year Two

I have all the feels for this book!
J Bree can do no wrong! Just Drop Out was her first novel and this is the second. There’s always a chance that book 2 isn’t going to be as good as book 1 when the novelty wears off but this is definitely not the case here. This book is where we see the start of the first real connections Lips has made in her life and the emotions she feels about her new bestie and her new men! The fact that Lips seems unaware at first that some of the guys are into her makes it all the more refreshing, Insta-love is not my thing. The character development is key in this book, they’re getting to know themselves and each other and it’s wonderful to see! When it becomes them against everyone else is when you desperately want to be part of their group and when you know J Bree has you hooked in for life! This book is pure emotion and barely restrained violence, Lips’ past and her present are coming together and at the end of the book they collide!Must read!

Went off with a BANG!!
Now that's what I'm talking about!! This second book is SO much better!! I mean the first book was good but I guess the author had to build the story and characters whereas this book went off with a bang and had me once again hooked!! I enjoyed the characters alot more in this book (always loved lips) but I also really like avery too now. And don't get me started on those boys 😉😅 ... the ending has me already getting the next book, her two worlds have finally collided and I'm excited but nervous for lips and worried for a certain guy who is in jackals line of vison 😬😬

Must read
If you didn’t already fall in love with all things Hannaford after reading Just Drop Out, then start reading this because it only gets better. I don’t want to start quoting lines or highlighting parts, the whole book (series) is so good and I just want everyone to read it and experience it. It’s most definitely one of the best series I have read and also keep reading.

This series keeps getting better and better <3
This book picks up during the summer break from Hannaford. Lips is back to being the Wolf and doing business with and for the Twelve. When she stops Joey from doing something stupid on her home turf, she's reunited with Avery, Blaise, Ash and Harley. Ash is the only one in the group that's still on the fence about Lips, which does make their second year easier on her. This book does not disappoint - J Bree reveals more about what Lips have been through, both during the Game for her spot as the Wolf, but also just in her life before Hannaford. I really enjoyed learning more about her, but not as much as I floved Avery and Lips' friendship. They're both growing even more, which just makes the story better.

Read in a day, these books are beyond good
Holy crap I devoured this book. This is book 2 in the Hannaford Prep series so if you haven’t read that yet TURN AROUND, you need it for all the info. While book 1 focused on laying the land of the world, tons of action and a little bit of lusty interest with my boy Harley, book two took a deep dive into boy action and I’m here for it.Eclipse Middle Name Unknown 😉 Anderson, is back at Hannaford Prep and we are really starting to understand just what a badass she really is and in turn, what demons she has haunting her. Now with Avery at her side as a world dominating BFF, the real action for the overall plot is beginning.I loved that while this book series is a RH and we get ALL the tension and heated, stolen moments in this book with all three guys, it’s still got a solid plot point that drives the story rather than it being just a girl falling for three dudes.Speaking of the three dudes. Holy hotness Batman. I adore this book because you see each guy (maybe not Harley so much cause he’s already fallen and damn adorable) struggling with their developing feelings for Lips and trying to compete for her attention and she has 0 idea. For a badass, I adore that she’s still got vulnerabilities, is relatable and is oblivious to the guys feelings and just trying to focus on surviving and keeping everyone else alive. The last couple of chapters of this book had me DYING and squeezing my legs together 😏😂. Now we’ve established our RH, can’t wait to see how they take it to the next level.

Excellent 2nd book...
The last book ended on a high, Lips has an unlikely ally, but now Ash has turned against her.Although he's the least of her worries (or should be!) because the Jackal still wants her. He wants her home and by his side - which is most definitely not what she wants or needs.Even though she's been treated like dirt, she still uses her favours to help certain people which just shows how good a person she is. She may have been raised to be a killer, to be sneaky and callous and ruthless, but deep down, she's just a 16year old girl who desperately wants a friend and to be loved.Excellent
