It’s a must for athletes
First I want to state I typically never review a product. These are wonderful. I am a hiker and softball player in my early 50s. Wearing these with the combination of stretching has been gold. I have had great recovery wearing these during strenuous, challenging or heavy athletic activities. I really do recommend these. I did not put these on immediately before a game. I put them on about 30 minutes to an hour prior so that way my body can acclimate and I did do my calf stretches in the combination of these and sometimes I’ll do a random stretch during a game or during a hike as a person who consider himself athletic this is a must have for athletes when I washed them I hang them to dry

Quality of life changer!
I have PTTD (Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction) which was brought on by running which I have since stopped but continues to be aggravated by hiking and walking. My passion is hiking and walking in the Driftless region of Wisconsin where I'll be retiring to. After a weekend of hiking, my foot usually has pretty bad pain, causing me to limp and be very uncomfortable, unable to even walk very far. I tried these just as an experiment to see if a "real" sleeve (rather than a Walgreens generic) would help. I can't believe the difference it has made. Hiked my bluff and marsh all weekend without issue, no pain and very little discomfort after words. Now I can hike with confidence that I won't have to suffer for a week after a weekend of hiking.

Has really helped my achilles tendonitis...with a caveate...
Reached a point in life where I suddenly needed sculptured pillows to sleep and braces to wear, well anyway. I started having achilles tenonitis after a particularly strenuous hike. The worst part is after months it never got better. I had no idea why my ankle was so painful then I started reading up on the condition. I'd never tell others how to address their health concerns, but for me, this brace was a combination god send and...disappointment. The uniform support from this brace of very well made materials is, well, outstanding. Not an exaggeration, minutes from having the support from this brace I was able to go about my day pain free. In fact the measurable mobility was well, pretty awesome. Well constructed and the material appears to be quite durable. Have been using them for a few months and the improvement in my mobility is excellent. My one complaint is, for a tendon to heal you have to supply it with blood. And as the blood supply to tendons isn't the same as it is for muscle, well....when you're done with your day and get home, take it off. I experienced discomfort after a long day with the fact that the top elastic bad on the sock had dug deeply into my ankle. Which that in itself was somewhat painful once I took the sock off. Not enough to be a deal breaker, but it convinced me to wear it when I need it and then take it off. The construction of this sock is very good. However, it'd be even better if the top elastic band was in fact a wider band. spreading the support but also not impeding tendon healing, And not digging deeply into your ankle.

My ankles best friend
They provide good support to an aching Achilles tendon. I own three pairs and helped me resume my exercises without causing any discomfort.

Maybe not best for Achilles
I needed support for Achilles tendon but somehow this brace was aggravating it. It probably works well for order ankle conditions but not sure if it is right for achilles

Good fit
Snug fit, hold up well after repeated wear

Check the size closely
I had purchased compression socks before with good results. This pair is too large to get the compression I was looking for. It wasn't until after it arrived, I noticed a tag that says one size fits most.

God Send!
Allow me to first prefess this by saying "I NEVER write a review" but product here has been a life saver for me. I have been dealing with achilles tendonitis for going on 8 months. Years ago, I ruptured my achiles so at times I may overuse it and go to the physical therapist, get some treatment and exercise after that no problem. Well last June2024, I started working out and got achilles tendonitis in both of my legs. Never experience so much pain. I started going to physical therapy, doing my exercises, dry needling, Ktape etc. Forward to now and my achilles was not really improving still first thing out of bed, my achilles would be painful and tight. Finally, I thought I have to go see an orthopedic, so I made an appointment. For some reason, I thought about looking up some compression socks for achilles tendon. I found these and they have been a God send. I have been wearing them for a week now and first time I have gotten up in the morning and not experienced pain in my achilles. I am almost inclined to cancel my doctor appointment. The first time I put these on, I already felt the compression on my achilles which was similar to the tape I would wear from the Physical Therapist but the tape would wear off in a few days. I highly recommend these compression socks to anyone experiencing achilles tendonitis.
