It works 'ok'. It barely holds the 20" rolls. The handle ends up having to be inserted INTO the roll somewhat just so the threads start to screw in. Kind of cumbersome. I have to say it got the job done though. Q!

Could use upgraded grips. After a week of use they started sliding off. One of them ripped.

This product is easy to assemble and use. We are always wrapping skids of stuff and they bought one these gadgets and were always getting Indian burns like on their hands. So when I took this job I ordered them this to use and they love it. It's durable enough so if its dropped it still ok just keep everything tightened. Much easier and faster now to wrap those cores up to ship out. Thank you

I purchased four, and all have the same issue. Does not roll right. I adjusted the bottom wing nut, but that doesn't last long before the middle rod creeps up and doesn't allow you to tighten properly. Very disappointed.

If you ever need to shrink wrap a pallet, you'll appreciate having one of these. Handling a large roll of shrink wrap is awkward especially around the bottom. This is a well-made dispenser and worth the money.

Great product, just needed instructions for assembly. It took me a little while to figure out how to assemble the device for use. If instructions were included it would have been easier.

This wasn't enjoyed as a gift to someone. It seems to work ok, but the major complaint was that it was a pain to loosen or tighten it as needed, when unrolling a plastic roll. Could just be a user-issue though. The rubber parts are extremely stinky! People aren't kidding. Seems to be the problem when really cheap rubbers or plastics are used. By stink, I mean that you can smell it from a mile away, and your hands will smell after touching it. Fine if you just wear gloves.

The idea seemed great but unfortunately it's not so practical. The tensioning is done in the top handle. However, with the roll spinning while you use it, it loosens the tensioner. You need to constantly adjust the to handle while wrapping. Because of the primitive mechanism, it is very touchy and a hassle to use. I wish I had an earlier chance to test it out as I would have returned it. Thankfully, my husband is a machinist so he's able to rework it, but for the price, it really should have just worked well.
