Works perfectly, quietly.
My handyman had to make an adjustment to the hole since this was replacing a 36 x 38 fan louver. He did an awesome job, can’t even tell the adjustment is there. This louver is of better quality than the original one, very quiet. I’m pleased with my purchase.

Zero packaging, unit dirty, No screws.
Well it arrived intact and undamaged it seems by some miracle. But I'm not impressed with the lack of any packaging or screws. It's lightly covered with an industrial dust. Other that that it looks good.
