Just what I was looking for, my smart shoes original laces weren't long enough nor could I tighten them, these are the right material, comfortable and look great.

Ends fray as does the cord if it rubs on anything. Not fit for purpose

This is great really strong cord which is extremely useful. It's like the Swiss Army of rope, so many uses. For the price you get plenty of the rope for your money all neatly bundled. A highly recommended purchase even if just to keep to hand.

This is a soft and stretchy cotton based rope. The description is completely inaccurate. I was obviously not expecting climbing rope, but from the description I was expecting a cheap imitation. It is basically a thick, stretchy shoe lace. The picture of the melted end is also very misleading. It actually has very lose, multicoloured, unwoven stands in the core. Not worth returning, but not really useful for anything.

Be aware of the stated core diameters on this product. Purchased a 10M x 8mm length for a specific job, but unfortunately I cut it in half before realising that it was only 4mm diameter and not 8mm. So am unable to send it back for a refund.Other problem is that as soon as you put as little as a 1 kilo weight on it, it reduces down to less than 3mm. So it’s basically just a fluffy strand???Purchase the correct size from B&Q and will find another use for very poor quality fluffy strand.See photos: B&Q 8mm white cord and 8mm black

As soon as I saw the item I it was as clear as day it's not 8mm thick. It's about 4mm thick, 5mm at most! Like a tent guy rope!Didn't even get it out of the packaging, returned and refunded.
