Love this pan. Easy to use. Food does not stick to it. Good sturdy pan and not too heavy. Easy to clean and like the wooden handle. Would recommend!

What a fantastic little pan! Bought this to make spanish type omelettes for one. Upon unpacking, the pan and handle are separated. Not a problem tho. Not only are you supplied with the screw and spring washer( as should be), but also a spare screw and washer in a little bag. You’re also supplied with a screwdriver to fit the screw… then bung in your tool bag, and a sponge with a soft scourer on the top which can be used on the pan. I gave the pan a good wash in soapy water as recommended and put it to use. With odds n sods I found and just a tiny bit of oil the pan heated up very fast, I then placed some sliced tomatoes and left to caramelise, then added some thin slices of red onion to colour, at this point, nothing is sticking but caramelising beautifully, I then added 3 whisked eggs and left while I saw to the cheeses, then when a little cooked I added some cheddar with truffle and some small sliced feta. Once the omelette was mostly cooked but still runny on top I scattered some fresh chives & bunged it all under the grill… while keeping the handle protruding out as didn’t want it to burn or melt on its first use, and the omelette cooked up nicely. Once cooked the whole thing just slid out onto a plate, just fantastic. The handle didn’t burn or get hot while under the grill (please note, as previously said, I left the grill door open and the handle protruding out of the grill) , the whole pan stood up very well to its first outing. Nothing stuck to the pan at all, even the egg mixture just came away from the sides and bottom. Nothing was burnt. The pan is light to use, but excellent to cook with. It’s small enough for one or two persons happily. After leaving it to cool I then washed it with the ‘new sponge’. Any bits of onion tomato etc just came off in the water, but a light go round with the sponge and voila, it’s in the cupboard for next time. I suggest, if putting other pans etc on top of it, use a pan saver or a sheet of kitchen roll (juan sheet does plenty!)to stop any scratches. It’s totally value for money and far cheaper than top brands but cooks up what you want just as well. I only wanted this for omelettes for one while my son is at uni, but I can tell that it’s going to be utilised for much more. I’m thinking of getting the sauté pan in this brand now as my other, much more expensive one is reaching the end of its life.

Lovely little frying pan. It arrives without the handle attached, but they supply a screwdriver and even a spare screw, so no issues there. It works well on my induction hob, and cooks food without sticking even with just a tiny amount of oil. Easy to clean, good weight, and a decent non stick coating. I’ve used it half a dozen times so far, and have been very pleased with the results.

Fantastic little frying pan, non stick that actually works and although it's small (I didn't check size when ordering stupidly) I don't regret it one bit. Perfect for eggs and quick wipe & spotlessly clean. One of my best buys for sure!

Brilliant pan, great non-stick surface, doesn't need oil. The handle came separate to screw on with supplied screws and they even include a neat screwdriver!
