Really helpful customer service from the company
When we opened it on Xmas the machine plastic was broken although the box was fine . I contacted Amazon but they would only refund and then make me send it back and then order a new one and then get a refund for the difference which seemed a big hassle for a giftI Contacted the company direct and they sent a new one out straight away no issues at allThe machine is great - can’t fault it

Excellent product! Easy to use, the couple of waffles are ready in 2 minutes. It did not even get dirty. Kids loved them, neighbours loved them 😊 Everyone was so delighted enjoying their waffles!
