ALSO, THE BATTERY PACKS ARE IN AN EXTREMELY, ODD SIDE-WAYS POSITION MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO PUT THEM IN AND ESPECIALLY PULL THEM OUT. ORDERED 2 SETS OF REFILLS TO MAKE SURE THOSE WERE CORRECT. IT HAS BEEN PROVEN BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE AND DOES NOT WORK!! DR. ALVAREZ

I ordered this product along with the “LTX-12” sanitizer refills that the product claims to be compatible with. However, I found that the “waterless surgical scrub” LTX-12 dispenser is not compatible with the standard sanitizer cartridges.There’s no mention at all of that on the listing and now the ~$70 I spent for both is useless.I discovered this after the product not working when installed and then deep diving into an FAQ on the manufacturers website. Unfortunately, this dispenser will only be a wall decoration for the party I’m hosting tomorrow.

Horrible! Tried multiple batteries didn’t work at all! I thought I was getting a deal because of the price but you get what you pay for! Stay away!

Hi, I ordered 5 of these, 2 of them works fine, 3 of them not. Those not working, red LED keeps blinking and nothing happens. If I insert same batteries and same liquid bottle into those working ones, all is fine. Does anyone have experience with same kind of problem?

Returned as I had ordered the wrong dispenser.

I bought 4 of them and within 5 wks two have stopped working.
