For KT tape users, not quite an even product match
I use KT tape all the time, so I was very intwrested in trying a similar product. One thing I noted right away is that these strips are just slightly widerived than KT, so I was hoping for slightly better coverage.I found that she's strips aren't quite as flexible as KT tape. For someone not familiar with the other brand, that probably wouldn't be a big deal, as you'd learn to apply this tape with the stretchiness offered. But for me, I just couldn't get the adjustment down before I ran out of tape.I also found that this tape didn't adhere as well as my regular kinesthetic tape. I usually use it when I know I'm going to have a very active day. This tape sometimes lost its adhesion and ended up dangling from my leg before the day was over. Not only was that ineffective, but a lititle unsightly, too. Finally, I didn't find good instructions for applying the tape from Rage. I found myself using YouTube to search for KT tape videos for their simplicity. As I said earlier, the stretch in the tape wasn't the same, so performance was not optimum.

Works well so far
I've used K-Tape off and on over the past 20 years for plantar fasciitis. Sometimes it seems effective, other times not so much. What I like about this tape is that it is already precut, so you just pull it off and stick it on. You can still cut it to the length you need though, but you can't make it longer. So far it has stuck on for a couple of days. I'm not sure how waterproof it is as I haven't really soaked my foot in water. You can find a ton of videos on youtube showing you how to wrap the tape. However, if you can wrap incorrectly and cause more pain so for best results having a PT show you how to do it in person is more effective.

I liked that this tape was pre-cut in the right sized ...
I liked that this tape was pre-cut in the right sized portions. It made it REALLY easy to put on; just tear and apply. However I felt that the elastic was off, or done incorrectly, because after taping, I was actually in more pain than I normally am. I don't understand why, but I think the tape was pulling my muscles into the wrong position, rather than just supporting them and allowing the tape to stretch.I guess it depends on what you use it for, but after being a kenesio tex tape user for literally half my life, this is my least favorite.(also it's not waterproof)

Maybe I Am Doing it Wrong
It's failure for me is probably due to me and either personal impatience or lousy muscle structure. Before the end of a normal day, the Tape has served its function and reason for existence. When it works, it works O.K., but not overwhelmingly. I prefer elastic bandages instead of these tapes .

Placebo or not, did nothing.
I really wanted to like this type of Kinesiology tape. Having read about 'muscle tape' and seeing so many bowlers sporting the different types around the bowling alley, I decided to this Rage Fitness one a go since I have been experiencing this painful thigh muscle pain that is only brought on while bowling. The educated assumption is that it has something to do with my bowling approach and stance.I did like that it came it strips but for my purpose I need more than the pre-cut amount. The tape is supposed to remain through sweating and activity; it did not! Now maybe if it stayed put it would have worked, or maybe it is all a placebo effect type of situation. I will never know and will not be a repeat customer.

Works perfectly- so happy!
Rage Fitness Muscle Tape is new to me but I have seen athletes use these in sporting events and have always wondered what they are and if they work. The answer: YES THEY DO! We have been training for the Grand Canyon and just recently, my rotator cuff in my shoulder has been bothering me. We thought this was the perfect opportunity to test it out and so happy that we did.Very easy to use and you are able to easily find how to videos on YouTube. After researching to find out where in my shoulder I was getting pain I opened YouTube and just asked “How to use muscle or K tape for shoulder rotator cuff” I found many how to videos and just picked one that seemed very straightforward and great picture quality. My hubby assisted me by playing the video and copying how the strips are placed around the shoulder. To apply, peal a small section away and stick to area. Use 25% stretch to secure to the other side but also remove the rest of the backing so that it will stick. Make sure the area is clean and dry before and after rub down the sides so that they are flush against the skin. Do not remove and reapply or get wet for at least 30min so that the adhesive has time to stick to you. Start your workout/hike and be amazed by how well these work. Hiking over 10 miles caused me to sweat a lot but this Rage Fitness Muscle Tape did not come undone and worked miracles as I had 0 pain or discomfort in that shoulder. Super easy to remove but be careful of any hair as it will pull. Another huge plus is that these come in stripes that do not require you to cut.Tip:If you tape a shoulder or knee, make sure to tape the other one as well. I learned the hard way as my untapped shoulder started hurting in the same place as the other tapped shoulder. Chatting with our group, I found out that if you only tape one the other will compensate for it.Also for a man’s knee, I would recommend shaving the knee area as this could pull the hair and cause discomfort. For how well these worked for my shoulder and the super affordable price, I have to recommend them to anyone looking into muscle tape.

but I definitely feel better after using it during and post work outs
The value in kinesiology tape is not quite solid, but I definitely feel better after using it during and post work outs. The tape sticks well and so far is unhampered by sweat. Pre-cut strips is a plus and a minus. Plus because it makes it a little easier to handle in some instances, but sort of tries to make things one size fits all, which isn't exactly the right, especially for a product like this
