Used this brush to clean the air vent in the kitchen sink plumbing line. Used the small brush side first; couldn't get it al the way through, so brushed what I could out of it several times. The brush wasn't coming through to the insinkerator, so I knew it wasn't getting all the way through. I put some sink enzyme into the air vent on the larger wet side, and let it sit for four hours. Used the small side brush again, and using a flashlight, got the satisfaction of watch the gross goo come out of the pipe into the insinkerator. Did that a few times, then pulled the little brush from inside the sink, therefore forcing the large brush through for a real clean. Everything works great now. So happy this little device actually works.

The perfect tool for cleaning the pipe between my dishwasher air gap and garbage disposal. Huge life saver and worked perfectly. Flexible while also stiff enough to easily push through, and very long.

I don’t regret purchasing this. I needed something to clean the slime out of my drain pipes. This does the job, sort of, but the metal is very flexible and flimsy and you can’t push through any obstacles in the pipe. So if you have a relatively clean pipe, and you just want to lightly scrub the walls, this will do it.

This is sturdy and can reach far. Was perfect for cleaning out drain holes. Great product.

The bristles and the metal tubing are not as stiff and sturdy as I thought they would be. Pushing the bristles down the bathroom drain at the stopper bends the metal tubing a little. It’s not as sturdy and strong as I expected it to be. This product is more suited to cleaning out things that don’t require a stiff brush.

I had ordered this before reading the reviews, so I was worried when I actually read them. It came last night and I debated whether to send it back based on the reviews or to try it. I am glad that I tried it because it worked fine. I had a minor bathroom sink clog where it would clog with water as I used the sink then drain away after a few minutes. This little device was small enough and flexible enough that I was able to scoot it down the drain while leaving the sink stopper cap still in place, just open, which was super convenient for me. There was some hair and gunk that I was able to drag out. I kept moving it around the sides of the stopper cap and got everything out. It was messy but it worked! I now have a free flowing sink drain. It wasn't that bad a plug so I don't know if it would work if it was a lot worse. It seems to me that having this handy now, and knowing how easy it is to do, I will fix any clogs when they start. So I think it was well worth the money and a handy little tool to keep around.

Every so often, the dishwasher air gap at the kitchen sink gets clogged and starts spraying water all over the counter. The larger brush in this set quickly clears the clog and gets things back to normal. It's kind of gross seeing the black yuckiness that comes out of that thing, but it's good to get it out.

The hole thing is cheap. Wire not strong kept bending. Would rather pay more and have something you could use.
