This Chapstick flavor is smoother and not as trendy as some of the flavors they’ve put out in the last year. It was hard to find as a matter of fact, this was the only place I could even find a tube so bought this whole deal because it was more economical and gave me the flavor I wanted.

This is quite literally the best lip balm that ChapStick has ever made! The scent of this is heavenly and is the ONLY lip balm that I will purchase from ChapStick. The other scents are too obnoxious to be right under my nose. This one glides on smooth, keeps my lips from drying out and smells soooo good!

Literally the best flavor out of all the chapsticks!! The only one that works for me and it’s so hard to come by, I can only find in one store so I just decided to make a subscription to make sure I’m never without it. BEST DECISION.

I really love this Chapstick! It smells wonderful, it tastes great and it’s very moisturizing. The only thing I’m disappointed about with it is that the flavor doesn’t last long at all. You can taste it as soon as you put it on, and the flavor really is amazing, but right after applying it the flavor goes away in just a few seconds. So that’s the only reason why I removed one star. Other than that it really is a great product, it keeps my lips feeling moisturized and soft and that’s what matters most to me.

Chapstick package arrived as expected! Properly packaged with all 12 units of product individually sealed. Felt the need to purchase this 12-pack after the 3-pack was made unavailable. Premium price paid (although still reasonable cost per unit), but unable to purchase this product at any brick and mortar establishment in my area of the province. Traditional chapstick with a subtle vanilla cake scent. Definitely moisturizing and smooth. No need to buy any lip balms for a good long while! Hopefully the 3-pack will return at a reasonable price because a lot of people won't want to pay $50 for a box. But if this is something that a staple in one's life, then I think it's worth it!

I had been eyeing it for months, but since it's imported from the US it can be pricey so I waited for a sale to get it, and I have absolutely no regrets. All this time I expected an overpowering artificial vanilla scent but was pleasantly surprised to discover that it's actually quite a humble scent of cake batter and has a slightly sweet buttery taste, not off-putting in the slightest. The taste is barely there after a few licks which could disappoint some people but hey, it's for the best as a lip balm. As for moisturizing capability and texture, I find it to be similar to eos. It's the pinpoint perfect texture; soft and smooth, not too greasy or too thick. Plus it also lasts long and doesn't come off when I drink anything. The scent isn't perfumey or something I'd get sick of overnight, unlike with Lip Smackers. (Sorry Lip Smacker fans) And as someone with sensitive skin, this lip balm did NOT give me any allergic reactions. So here comes the big question: is Chapstick Cake Batter overrated? Not at all. I think it does indeed deserve its hype, it's a fun lip balm that actually does its job well. I can't even think of any critiques, I'm just thinking about how good it smells and how happy I am that I finally got to try it. (I wish they sold these in Canada!)
