Great taste and very strong.
Very strong taste which is a good indication that it's recently fresh dried as I usually buy small jars of dried ground ginger and are very weak in flavour not very strong taste. So I advise if using to bake ginger bread or cake to use less as it's very strong and pungent aromatic smell.

Excellent Quality
This has a nice taste and is a good quality product. I use this ginger in baking and to add to a drink with Turmeric Powder and black pepper all purchased from the same supplier.

Try somewhere else
I don't write reviews but I had to for this one. This is the worst ginger powder I've had. I tried putting this in tea, cooking, etc and the taste was horrendous. The Indian ginger powder I used earlier brought a nice smell and authentic ginger taste. But this one sucks.
