Awesome budget lens
First thing to keep in mind: this is a 67 dollar lens. Pros: This lens offers great zoom at 67 dollars Sturdy(except of the lens holder, it scares me for being tad bit loose) Nice quality(for a 67 dollar lens) Cons: Chromatics was horrible(easy fix though from photoshop) Manual(it is okay but will be hard for beginners) I fully recommend this if you are going on a budget in exploration of photography like me. Highly recommend the lens. A tip for the company: make the ring holder sturdier. If you are a professional and a whale, I would skip this and buy an expensive one from Sigma/other big companies.

Exceeded my expectations
I am extremely pleased with this. For the price I was expecting something cheaply made, impossible to use. There was no way I could get good pictures, I thought. First off, it's very well constructed. Heavy, sturdy steel. The lenses seem crystal clear. It feels like a more expensive item. It's not some 3D printed, mass produced piece of crap. Definitely worth more than the price, as far as workmanship is concerned. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised with the picture quality I got. Of course the first pictures I took were of the moon (like everyone else). You can actually see craters. The picture of the rabbit--that's from about 50 feet away, hand held, no tripod. You can see for yourself the color and the clarity. Now, this IS a manual lens. I'm using a Nikon D3200, very basic DSLR, set to MANUAL. After experimenting with different ISO's and shutter speeds, and some pictures that didn't turn out, I think I got the hang of it. For the moon picture I did have to mount it on a tripod and use the timer release to click the shot, to minimize blur. But you can get good pictures without a tripod for distances up to about 50 feet. Definitely worth the price. I wasn't quite ready to invest in a $3000-10,000 lens. This does what I need it to do.

Works ok
Mine has some dust inside, but does work, is pretty dark, has a large blue flare in the middle of the frame, kneeds a lot of light but decently clear and a great value.

Adapter listed but not included?
Well that's unfortunate. Similar to other reviews, my lens did not come with the adapter that it stated would come with it. I ordered the lens with an adapter for Sony e mount. I currently have no way to test this to see if it works. If I receive the appropriate e mount t adapter, I will update this review. Otherwise, this might just get returned.

Settings.
It is a good lense for beginners. I have the d3400 nikon. The biggest down fall is that, when you go to adjust aperture, you cannot. It has to be in manual mode at all times. The ISO settings you have to adjust alot.

This lens has a purpose
Simple, honest review as to why I gave it five stars. Likes: price is unbeatable, seems to be well made out of metal not plastic, light weight, narrow design, excellent sharpness at 800mm for the price Dislikes: chromatic aberration is sinful, the screw on camera mount doesn’t stay tight, the tripod mount seems a little flimsy, not weather sealed, no aperture ring, no filter threads and the vinyl pouch is an abomination. This lens is excellent if you want to use it to survey an area from a long distance away, without spending the king’s fortune on a high dollar lens that weighs 16 lbs and is 5 ft long and 1 ft wide. A drone might work also but it’s not going to cost $66. That’s why I gave it five stars :) You might be disappointed if you’re a high priced photographer like myself, who sells his images for a living. This is not that kind of lens. Although I did get some sharp ones out of it.

Fairly Decent for the Price.
For the price, it does the job. Manual focus kind of sucks, but that's expected for the price.

Great Zoom
Ordered for my canon EOS T100. I was an idiot at first and didn't find the adapter in the box, thought it didn't fit..... After that mishap, I got it fitted and im impressed so far. Excited to actually try it out tomorrow!

For this price, this lens is amazing. Here it is attached to a Canon EOS Rebel. The photos uploaded include both lenses that came with the camera and the new zoom lens on full zoom. The hardest thing is keeping the camera still, so I use a tripod. I recommend this product.
