Vintage Skiing: Nostalgic Images from the Golden Age of Skiing

This was a gift for someone who skis regularly and is also a photographer. He absolutely loved this book. The photographs are beautiful. Inspirational actually. It was the perfect gift.

I’m tired of seeing the AD 100 book next to the Tom Ford giant black book.This Vintage skiing book is a beautiful and unique coffee table book. It’s interesting enough flip through even if you have before. Looks great in the table. The spin is red and also looks great on the shelf. If I wasn’t lazy I’d include the picture.

This Vintage Ski Book is beautiful and a great addition to our coffee table books. If you are from the Pacific Northwest or have skied the Pacific Northwest you will recognize many of the ski areas/mountains.

Bought this book as a housewarming gift for some friends who like to ski. Bought two more for our other friends. Didn’t know it when I bought it, but most of the pictures are of Mt. Hood and Timberline lodge, which is extra cool because that’s where we ski. Really cool pictures. Our friends loved it!

Reasonably priced. Awesome gift idea for an old skier.

Nice addition to my cabin coffee table during the winter

The vintage B&W photos, taken by a man who pioneered ski photography and loved the sport, are great. The image quality is excellent.

Christmas gift

This is beyond disappointment actually, small book with even smaller photos. Photography is great, but whoever was responsible for this did not see how it would benefit from a different approach.
