I purchased this item this past May and it looks great and works great as well. It is a professional level juicer, and gets the job done.In November our juicer broke . . . the handle just broke off. We use the juicer a lot, but we still felt it should be under warranty. So, I reached out to Zulay to ask if we were under warranty.It WAS . . . as they warranty their products for LIFE. I had already purchased a new one, as I we use it daily. Zulay issued a complete refund on the original order (which actually cost more money than the replacement . . . I think they were on sale for the Christmas season perhaps).Anyway, Zulay not only makes great products, but they STAND BY THEM on the off chance that there has been a defect.Would definitely recommend and will be looking to them first for other kitchen needs we may need!

UPDATE: 8/12/21 (13 months after purchase) - something snapped off on my juicer last night making it unusable. I came back here and saw there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I obviously wasn't aware of that when I purchased it because I purchased a warranty on it as well. I decided to write the company first, use the purchased warranty as back up if I got nowhere. I will share their response. I don't think I've ever had such an enjoyable time getting product replacement - these guys are amazing lol"Awesome possum! I like getting the larger lemons but they were hard to fit into the lemon squeezer I've been using for years. This one squeezes them effortlessly (oranges too) and it's actually easier to clean than the yellow hand hand held squeezer I've been using forever. It doesn't get a build up on it like the other one did.I got the extra large model and I'm so happy I did. I've had this for almost a month now and use it every day, usually multiple times a day. I love it as much today as I did the day it arrived!

It's nice, and pretty.... Just really over priced. The color looks like it will fade over time.

Love the look of this artsy contraption. I’m able to make fresh squeezed OJ for me and my family whenever I desire. The Whole family likes using it as well!

Returned as casing split and juice was everywhere ...on second use. We have another that is cast metal and works very well...we ware looking for the pretty rose gold, but they are made differently so we will be happy with the better mad plain black.

Great product. Works as advertised. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Looks great in the kitchen too.

I have used this about 20 times since buying it. The handle used to pull down the squeezer has come out and will not screw back in. I noticed the handle would come loose and I would tighten it down with each use. I would be cautious about buying this product. The handle shouldn't come loose so easily.

This is a very solid and sturdy press that efficiently presses juice from all sorts of citrus with ease. The look is lovely as well. We would most definitely purchase this for gifts as well!
