My husband and I have been taking Sunsafe Rx for several years, my dermatologist recommended it. All the ingredients are good for you. Sounds crazy but we do not burn while using Sunsafe, just tan very gradually. My husband went to the eye doctor and his eye prescription had gotten better. They say you should still use sunblock while taking this but I have very sensitive skin and most sunblocks cause me to have a rash, so I don’t use sunblock unless I’m going to be in the sun all day. We live in Florida and have a pool, still no burn. I think this is one of the best products I have ever used.

My dermatologist suggested this for me because after my last tropical vacation I had quite a few Burns. I didn't even need sunscreen on my most recent vacation to Costa Rica. I got some color but no burn at all. I'm impressed. It's mostly zinc which is good for your immune system too.

I have not taken long enough to know if it protects from sun , but like the fact they are small and easy to swallow, if anything would keep me from getting more brown spots i would love it forever

I never write reviews, but I thought this product could really help people. I’m 53 years old and after asking my dermatologist what I could do to avoid getting more aging sunspots, my dermatologist recommended for me to get an internal sunscreen. By using this product, along with SPF 50 sunscreen, I was able to avoid developing any new spots. Sunscreen alone didn’t work. It took me taking the internal sunscreen to do the trick. Works amazing! I was on vacation for a full month in 90-100 degree weather and I didn’t burn or develop any new sun spots. I was amazed at the results!
