A wonderful sauce or marinade or dressing
A great name - from a couple where one is Jewish and the other oriental. We found this at a local store several years ago, but it has become hard to find. Trader Joe's has a version of this under their own brand but we prefer the original. There are several "flavors" in this line of condiments, but this is our choice. It also has sesame seeds which float to the top, so shake before using. A unique treat!

Product is definitely 5 star for the product but something needs to be done with the packaging.
Was disappointed when I opened the package. The cap on one of the bottles was loose and sauce was all inside the shipping package and inside the cellophane wrap around the 3 bottles. Unfortunately this also happened several months ago when I placed an order for the same product.

Soy Vay Island Teriyaki Makes A Delicious Glaze For Salmon
I tried the Soy Vay Island Teriyaki as a glaze for spicy honey glazed salmon after air frying the salmon. It was delicious. For the glaze I mixed Soy Vay Island Teriyaki with honey and crushed red pepper in a pot stirring until it thickened. The glaze was also delicious with sliced cucumbers. My family loved it. I am not receiving anything in return for my honest review. I have not purchased this item in Amazon, but would like to if I felt confident that it would arrive in good condition during shipping.

No other seasoning needed
This is fine as a stand-alone marinade. Best on short ribs!!! IMO
