Life changing soles !!!

I'm over 50 and get lower back pain. I've been doing a lot of things to try to help my back, including ordering padding for my shoes. These feel like a semi-soft, semi-hard silicone cushion (I don’t know what material they're made of). They give a little extra cushioning in the foot arch area. They are visible in open side heels, so you have to go in not caring about that. It gives a little cushioning - every little thing helps. They are about 3/4 length of my size 8.5 shoes and go from thin at heal to thick in the middle to thin under the balls of your feet. There's a little stick on the bottom so they stay in place on the shoe. You can easily move them from shoe to shoe but the sticky will likely wear out over time. I'm glad I bought them, they seem to help a bit. Recommend.

Fits perfect in my cowgirl boot however, the sticky part is not very sticky and will move around unless your foot is in there tightly

These help a lot with dress heels to make them fit better or at least be more comfortable. They don't always keep the heel from slipping on my narrow feet, but in some shoes they do. I like that they are partial insole so they don't restrict toe room. I also like that they are removable and reusable. Not perfect for every shoe, but the best thing I have found yet. A friend with plantar fasciitis gave me a tip about these; she was right!

Bought these for a pair of stilletto boots that needed just a little more arch support. Like others said, the stickiness of the Dr. Scholls is non-existent. Ended up tossing them because they made the shoes more uncomfortable. It was more comfortable to wear the heels without these!

Put these in a pair of shoes and walked around Las Vegas all day and it really helped

Bought them for some Demonia wedge sneakers That were one size bigger than my normal size. It worked out perfect and felt so good. I ordered another pack So I could add them to another pair of shoes.

They really help. Very good model for my daily flat sandals. Happy.

I’m like 90% sure that I was sold an already used product. The packaging came missing half of the plastic and was stapled shut with the cardboard label it comes with. Opening it up, the insoles are visibly dirty and not sticky anymore. Would not recommend. There is a sticker on the back that says new item but there is no way, and it is not a sticker original to the product, the actual barcode can be seen behind it

Literally just arrived in the post this minute, opened them straight away and the backing is already peeled away meaning they aren’t sticky AT ALL. No way they’re sticking to my shoes yet there is zero option to return or replace. Not impressed at all, do NOT buy.
