I am impressed with these. I brought them for arthritis in my hands and they do help. No, they do not get rid of the pain totally but they make the pain more manageable and I am able to move my hands a bit more.A second benefit is for my IBS and Fibromyalgia. Because both of these cause me to have constipation, and since taking the ginger capsules the constipation has disappeared.

After learning of many positive health effects of ginger i decided to add it to my daily stack. I also bought for my mums arthiritic pains. These are just ginger powder stuffed in capsuels. Too expensive for my tastes and my mum didn't notice too much difference in her pain. To get the best effects you would prob need to take these tablets like ibuprofen- so probably 6 a day and my mum was only taking 2. The cost is too high to be taking 6 a day. I might start buying either cheaper caps or just stuffing my own! Can't belive the profits these companies are making. More fool me!

Unfortunately I am in a position where I can’t take the usual type of medication for reducing swelling, so after reading that Ginger has the same qualities I ordered these tablets and they seem to be having an effect on my sore shoulder – So far so good!

These are one of the strongest ginger tablets I have seen around. From my personal experience (as I'm used to the lower dose) my stomach took 2 days to get used to it -super quick and probably my fault as i used to just take a sip of water with them. However, I have learnt that you can't skip the water for these ones. Knocked off a star as they are a little pricey.
