Pump is a power house and reliable. Finally pulled it apart for maintenance
The media could not be loaded. I built this water garden/ gold fish pond in 2002. I have tried every brand from Laguna to Oasis and many more, Up until now Oasis was my go to brand but that has changed. Since this is a water garden it receives lots of vegetation trash in the pond. The surface area of the impeller cover is very large and will last for days before I even see a flow decrease. Easy to remove and clean good for another solid week at top performance. No other pump I have used performed like this. The price of under 50 bucks to the house I’ll change it out every year for that price but I have faith and easy three year pump with my pass experiences with other brands. For me this is the pump I have been hoping to find.I bought another one as a back up 4-29-24 the thing is a tank. I ran it dry twice and still performing well it looks like you can pull apart to get to the impeller to clean it. They will start to slow down with little fiber wrapping around impeller. I’m almost at a year and still functional. I think it has slowed down a little bit but not bad. I would like to see the back cap and front cap not as flimsy with a stiffer plastic. The impeller house was turned counterclockwise and came off very easy. The cap was removed and a very small metal shaft the the magnetic impeller spins on came out the had a neoprene nipple on the shaft. I was hoping to find fibrous vegetation around the impeller because I have noticed a slight slow down. The shaft had some burrs on it and I sanded it smooth. Other than that removed brown alagea residue and I Had waterproof silicone grease coated the metal rod and notice wear on the retaining cap that I removed so I coated that also. Reassembled the pump very easy no real tools required. I should of put the pump in a bucket to get any oil residue that spins off the shaft it wasn’t a lot but I will alway pre run before placing back in pond from now on. Did a water change just to be safe. My slow down was Debris build up inside the tubing. Pump was quit. I can see the shaft metal rod wearing out and it should of been made stainless steel. When this pump fails it will be due the severe wear on the shaft or the impeller fins break off the impeller.

Perfect pump for my pond- my fish are so happy!
This pump works great in my small backyard pond. It’s built well and pumps water as described. I even put a little fountain head on it and it helps to aerate the water for my fish. So easy to use, just plug it in and set in place. The size is perfect so that it stays in place without falling over and it does a great job with keeping the water moving

Not a power house but a reliable pump
Seems very reliable so far, no issues. At 400 gph it's not a powerhouse so plan half capacity need and you should be ok.

Makes great falls
Works really well to operate our waterfall. Great power and very little noise. Makes for a great flow rate which is adjustable. Overall great design.

Good hydroponics pump
Got the 880gph for a hydroponics system and so far its been great. Powerful enough to push water through misting nozzles. Only time will tell how long it lasts. Will update after it's in use for a while.

Powerful but feet holder is wider than dimensions.
So far so good. Pump is pretty powerful. The dimensions aren't correct in the description, the part that holds the suction cup feet is wider than measured. The cord is pretty short, but as described. Had to adjust to reach the power source but the price says, that's okay.

Won't last. Keeps sliding of brick. Section cups are useless!
It started out great with good volume. But after about 2 weeks it stopped working well. Not completely stopped but there's not much power

True to stated relaxing flow rate !
The flow discharge , as stated is CORRECT ! Order next capacity flow UP if you would like more decibels for your water flow. As previously stated by another review, " power supply cord is rather SHORT !" I used water proof connectors to extend my pumps factory cable another 4 ft. to power supply..........All good , satisfied with the best price for a quality product. Oh, one other note complaints about drippage at the pump are easily corrected with a " HOSE CLAMP, S.S."
