Useful and organized
A very useful book, I have used for doing a marketing plan for a little project but everything is clearer now, I know how is important in the plan, not only points without sense or for making more pages. This book is organized, and the writer gives you a personalized atention after your purchase, something very important if you still have doubts after reading. :)

I have written marketing plans before but have never had a methodology that I followed. So I was looking for a good marketing plan template to help make sure I don't miss anything. I've read some of Alex's other books on marketing that I really liked, so thought I'd check this out. I highly recommend it, both to beginners and to experienced marketers that want a quality, easy to follow marketing plan to help streamline their process.

Simple and Clear
I like this book simple and clear. However I want to see at least one more example of the full marketing plan.

Really strong marketing plan guide, easy enough to get a plan made in a day
It can be easier to think about marketing than to make an actual marketing plan. That's why I picked this book up and I'm happy I did. It's straightforward. No fluff. Immediately actionable. Basically you can read this book and write a marketing plan in the same day.

It's OK
Got this to see what ideas are out there now for creating a marketing plan. Like a lot of books on marketing plans, however, the person that wrote this has obviously not been out in the real world, never written a real plan and has DEFINITELY never been in B2B companies. It gives you the college classroom version of how to write a plan. Would be really great if someone who knew what they were talking about and was, perhaps, from the oil & gas industry or another B2B industry could write a plan and give newbies a real world look. The book should also tell them about how do create and work a budget to go with this and learn how to get themselves into C-level business discussions at their company so that they could really hear where the company is headed according to the executives. Too many times marketing people create a budget that isn't really useful because they haven't asked questions inside the company or listened to what the business plan is. I could go on forever but, will stop now....

Must reads for any entrepreneur or startup as a food for thought
If you are new to entrepreneurship and want to quickly grasp ideas on how to write structure marketing plans then this book is for you. This is a quick and short and to the point book for folks who do not have time to go through heavy marketing course. It really heats the nail !

Nothing really new.
The book is a basic compolation of informatin found online without much insight. You can tell the author just wanted to publish a book and not really write a book.
