Easy to assemble, and, so far, sturdy.
Despite 3 dents and a spot of peeled paint I give it 5 stars. I read reviews that complained about how complicated it was to assemble - I am a 69 year old lady who does happen to be handy with simple tools - assembled it all by myself. The instructions were simple A-B-C to follow. I laid out everything first to be sure that everything was present - there was, as well, an an extra of each screw/washer. The one thing that did set me back a minute was the installation of the support bar/rail that holds the legs underneath - there is nothing in the instructions that lets you know that there is no “center” slat onto which to secure the support rail with the legs. There are 10 slats so I counted to #5 and measured to the center of the support rail and attached it to all three points. I discovered later after I had tightened all the screws that the support bar/rail was not centered so I did have to take it back apart. The instructions state that this is a two person task - for lack of a second person I just assembled what I could flat on the floor, then, used a stool or edge of a couch to prop pieces up so I could attach them. Instructions say it takes about 30 minutes to assemble - since I had to take back apart the support rail/legs and I was doing this alone, it took me about an hour and a half. The weight limit is listed as 300# - any two of my family members sitting on it would be over that. There were reviews which complained of bent or broken bars and rails. So, to keep the weight evenly distributed on the whole thing, I placed a piece of 1/4” plywood measured exactly the width/length onto it, then bought a 14” table leg and screwed it under the plywood right in the middle about 3” back from the front edge to keep the weight off the front rail. Bought a twin size bed-in-a-box mattress and now have a beautiful and sturdy daybed in my den. I do wish I could have found a 6” because it is a little high. No rattles, wiggling, nor squeaking at all!

Cute daybed
Bought this for my apartment living room. Although it took a while to set up, it was pretty easy. It is very durable and sturdy. There are no squeaks. Love that I can use it as a bed for guests and a couch!

pretty good.
Pros: sturdy. nice looking. Holds my mattress. Has 12" of space under for storage. It was packaged well for shipping. Cons: The support posts underneith do get in the way of sliding storage containers under the bed. I got the white finish. I was a little surprised that it is not a shiny smooth enamel type finish but is more matt. It's ok. Time will tell how well it holds up. General notes. Assembly: A T shaped piece that is a support leg was pretty bent and required a rubber hammer to get it to fit into place. It was exasperating but it got it on. Also, the back arrives in two pieces and the pieces need to slide together and that was a real bear to do alone. There was also one or two other bits of instructions that were not clear enough causing me to have to take bolts out and redo. It was a troublesome assembly. There are a lot of pieces because they need to make it small enough to fit into a ship box. Lots and lots of bolts. Next note. There is 12 inches under. The sides have a height of 29inches. My mattress is 12 inches. so the sides only come up 5 inches higher than my mattress. Which is not enough to lean a pillow against the headboard section. The photo shows the sides coming way up above the mattress. They must have a 4 inch mattress on the bed for the photo. So that is kind of awkward.

Great purchase - best instructions and labeling
I am a one happy customer! I put this bed together by myself in less than an hour and half, even after misplacing 2 screws. Most screws came with one extra and all pieces were labeled clearly. Easy instructions to follow. It was a pleasure to assembly! I had a small dent in the back piece tube which needed to be opened with pliers in order to fit into the side part. However, it was an easy fix. It is modern, pretty and solid. The bed will be in daily use. My daughter loved it too and I will get one for her in white.

Difficult to Assemble
This bed is pretty solid once you get it put together, but it's not easy to put together. I've purchased and put together beds of this style before: 1 king, 3 queens and a twin. They all follow a pattern, have clear instructions, and are easy to put together. I've taken a couple apart, moved them and put them back together, without any instructions at all. This bed was way more complicated. Maybe it's because it's a day-bed? But really, it just didn't need to be this complicated. And the instructions were almost worthless. I had to figure out a lot of things on my own, and sometimes did that by undoing the last 2 steps I did and trying a different way. Also, for 3 of the parts of the bed where you screwed right into the frame (rather than run a bolt through the frame to nut), the receiving end stripped before I could get the screw tightened. The instructions recommended 2 people and stated that it should take 30 minutes to assemble. I did it by myself and it took me over 3 hours. But again, I've assembled queen size and king size beds myself and they took less than an hour.

Nicely made metal day bed, not as cheap as other so should hold up for a while.
Nicely made metal day bed, not as thin and cheap as some others I have seen. There is enough slats in the base for the mattress to have a firm base. Not a fan of the silver nuts and bolts showing so much but took care of some of that with a bed skirt, Now I can store items under the bed with out anything showing.

Please read my review don't buy this
Please don’t waste your time or money on this bed frame. It may look nice in the pictures, but it’s absolutely not something you’d want to sit on, sleep on, or have in your home. The frame is full of rust both inside the rods and on the outside. I don’t feel comfortable breathing that in while sitting or sleeping on it. The entire bed is barely held together by very poorly done welds, and there are multiple sharp edges—I’ve already cut myself on it, likely due to the rust and unfinished metal. On top of that, there was black dust all over the metal and inside the packaging, which got all over my bedroom carpet and my hands. It caused itching and a burning sensation. I reached out to the seller to address these issues, and their response was essentially “okay, return it,” with no concern or accountability for the condition or safety of the product. Because of this, I now have to spend my own time and gas returning it. Please take this as a warning: I know the price is tempting, but it’s not worth it. Even if the seller were to offer a refund, this is not an item I would feel safe keeping in my home, let alone sleeping on and breathing in rust and black metal dust. No thank you.
