You know I bought this awhile ago and should of done a review at the time. I seen this show up on youtube and it reminded me of this honey. Ok I bought both honey. The original hot honey and they this. I tried this with a spoon. Then on other foods like toast and waffles. Ok so it don't work well on Pancakes or Waffles But to be hones I may only used this a few times since I got it cause the heat is very intense. Like 10x hotter my honest opinion. To be honest this is too hot to enjoy on your everyday breakfast. I enjoy the original better then this. However this is very hot but it wont' make me give a bad rating and it's a very well made chill infused honey. Flavor is there and so it the heat. if you want something sweet and hot the same time. This will do the trick. But i just want to be honest with you with this product.

Both flavors are great. The extra hot has a kick, but it’s not overly hot or uncomfortably hot.Try a little bit of drizzle on pizza. It’s the best.

I'm not big on sweet and heat typically... That said, I love honey (also love spicy). While on a road trip, I flippantly grabbed a "hot honey" chicken biscuit, and loved it. I found that the place used Mikes brand. Found it on Amazon, and went for the hotter variety. It is quite a bit hotter than the standard, but a true "hothead" will likely be unfazed. Regardless, it's good stuff, and I find myself thinking about new foods to dip in it .

I bought several different hot honeys. This is easily the hottest. Using too much could discourage some (novices beware). I like it in my coffee. Very sweet with burning after taste. You might want a glass of milk or a lemon handy. There was no crystalization, possibly because it is adulterated with chili pepper. However, in my experience only pure tupelo and orange blossom should not crystalize.Side note. The EU requires that honey be sold only if it IS crystalized. Clear liquid honey indicates possible adulteration, not allowed in EU. Honey is a food most likely to be adulterated.

Very spicy and I loved it. So I actually received two packets of this in a goody bag for a gala I went to a while ago. And when I tried them it was very spicy honey which I liked. I had gone to David Burkes in the lower part of Manhattan and they had this chicken and waffles which was the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever tried. I don’t like chicken and waffles but they made the best chicken and waffles and I think it had to do with the fact that their honey had a little spice cake to it. And this mimics that honey very well except it’s spicier. So if you like spice and sweet then I highly recommend putting this on anything you would put honey on with a little pinch of salt if you want to add the saltines. Another thing that I like to do is put cheese on crackers or Crustini‘s with cheese on top and you melted cheese just a little bit and drizzle and Honey. It’s delicious. I bought this to try that but I feel like it’s a little too spicy for the dish but I feel like if you have someone in your life that’s really into spices like Asian level spicy then they would love this. It’s very spicy on its own and that’s not even trying the super spicy one. That’s just the regular one. If you try the hot one you’re gonna burn your mouth off. It’s extremely hot and spicy. Do not be deceived with the honey aspect of it. You must enjoy and like spicy food in order to enjoy and like this honey. I happen to be that person
