Q: What is the best way to install operable entry doors on this model ?

I would attach the doors before you put it all together. It’s a very tight space to screw some hinges once it’s together

No it doesn't and it is an extremely time consuming project... Be prepared for extensive work building this.

Q: Can a 7 inch action figure stand inside the rooms in this dollhouse?

It will be a tight fit. This is a 1/12 scale house and the correct adult doll size would be between 5 and 6 inches. The ceilings are about 8 inches so it will be close and will look disproportionate.

Q: I'm reading in the description that the shingles and siding are "not" included. In the reviewer photos, it appears they are included. Can you confirm?
