NursemCARING HAND WASH – 300ml | Natural, ultra-gentle soap-free formula for very dry hands

I’ve just started chemotherapy and my skin has become very sensitive and fragile. I’ve been told I need to keep my skin well moisturised. I have animals and am obviously very careful about all germs, so wash my hands frequently. I was looking for something to help protect my skin and saw this.It’s obviously more expensive than a basic liquid soap, less so a higher end soap, but the reviews are great and I really wanted a product that would help prevent my hands from getting really sore. Prevention is always easier than a cure.The soap is very obviously different from dispensing a single pump. It feels almost like a moisturiser. It doesn’t necessarily lather much, but that’s essentially a cosmetic addition and unimportant. It slides around my hands and again, if feels completely different to a normal hand soap. My hands feel clean, but soft, this stuff really works. I’ve even tested it by washing my hands with a good quality regular hand soap and then with this product and the difference is phenomenal.It’s a cruelty free product, not tested on animals which is very important. Also for every product bought, the company donates a months supply is given to a nurse or midwife.I will buy this again and again. If anyone washes their hands a lot, this is for you, as it is if you have sensitive skin. I bought this for me to use whilst the rest of the family continue using their more high end liquid soap. This is so good we’ve swapped to this for everyone. I highly recommend it and will be looking at other products from this company.

Does what it says great quality

This is a nice product, it doesn't dry my hands and smells beautifully of Neroli. I'm not sure it's good value for money though, it's a very expensive handwash for how much you get. I will probably try and find something cheaper.

I adore the nursem brand, I have the hand cream at home and bought the wash for my mum who suffers with eczema but as she’s always on the go she’s in a constant battle of washing her hands and having them dry out. This is a lovely hand wash, you can feel it lock moisture in and when my hand wash runs out, I’ll be buying some for myself too.

I first came across this hand cream when Covid kicked in as we were all using hand sanitiser and it was really damaging to my hands my friend is a nurse and they used the hand cream said it was very good.Its wonderful stuff very nourishing not sticky and dry's in very quickly so I still us it but found it quite difficult to get and is was very expensive in some shops so when i noticed it on Amazon just had to have it. Would recommend this to anyone it does make a difference .

I am a big fan of the hand lotion, but I find this dries my hands up, I rinse and rinse but it seems to irritate the skin especially under wedding ring.

Feels like it cleans your hands well unlike some other ‘gentle’ soaps. But non irritating on excema
