Bought as gift for my husband.Top of the mug must be slightly out of round, causing the lid not to seal or stay on properly. Kinda defeats the purpose….use as a travel mug.Keeping it only, because it is a nice big mug and can be used around the house.

First of all, although the slogan was the same, the mug was not the same one that is pictured. But it was still a nice mug. The sticker said not to put it in the dishwasher. Okay. So I washed it by hand. But even with that, the lettering started to come off. I have included a picture. I bought this for my fiancee. Needless to say, I'm disappointed.

There is a chip in the cup. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter. I can't give it to her like this. Not happy.

The cup is nice but the lid does not fit right .

I just received my package and it was completely shattered!

The cup was broken when I received it. This was the second one that I ordered and it was broken. . The cup is obviously not of good quality!

mug was used for the first time Monday, then again yesterday and today and each time hot tea is poured in it, it cracks! It was a gift so It was not opened and used right away and past the possibility to exchange, if you purchase it, test it first!
