Works great and much more inexpensive than Instant Lead Lines
The last few times I have done glass painting projects I have bought the little strips of Gallery Glass leading (Instant Lead Lines), which have gone WAY up in price. I have several windows that I wanted to do and it was out of my budget to use them. So, I thought I would give this a try. It worked just fine. It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be and is much less inexpensive (and, to be honest, actually looks better on the window...more realistic). I used a gallon ziploc bag with a piece of cardboard inside and just made the strips on that, peeled them off and put them on the window and then made more strips. I never did master the "start" technique, so I had to cut off the first millimeter or so of each line because there was always a bump, but that gave me a nice square edge to mash up against the piece on the window already.

Excellent viscosity
This was very easy to use, and it had the appropriate viscosity. Great consistency. Adheres well to glass and plexiglass.

Great for stained glass projects
Great product. The color looked more gray then black but when it dried it was black. It dried in a timely manner and looked great. It was thick enough to not run but not to thick. Great product

Great for Projects!
Our plant club's venture into sustainable stained glass wine bottle planters was truly elevated by the remarkable stained glass paint we used. The expansive array of colors in the paint set brought a spectrum of possibilities to our project, enabling us to transform ordinary wine bottles into mesmerizing works of art. The application process was a breeze, yielding a professional finish that mimicked the allure of stained glass. As the vibrant hues seamlessly adhered to the transparent bottles, they brought an unexpected richness and depth, creating a stunning visual impact. What sets this stained glass paint apart is its resilience. Exposed to outdoor conditions and sunlight, the colors retained their vividness, ensuring our planters remained a lively addition to our garden. The durability of the paint not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of our sustainable project but also emphasized the transformative power of repurposing materials. In essence, this stained glass paint is a game-changer for plant clubs seeking a perfect blend of sustainability and artistic expression. Our planters now stand as colorful testaments to our commitment to eco-friendly creativity.

Used as a plastidip alternative for foam sealing
Pretty good sealer, if painted on with a brush and followed up with a silicone spread brush the final result can be very smooth. It is thick so it stays in the location applied. Drying time is a few hours to 8 hours and a full cure can be up to 7 days depending on how much you use. It is a good, safe non toxic alternative to plastidip for sealing eva foam cosplay pieces. I highly recommend for sealing, so long as you have the patience to do it correctly.

Perfect for resin art
I create Stainglass with resin, and I am very happy with this liquid lead. It’s easy to use and literally makes my art pieces look like Stainglass I would highly recommend this product.

Cool effect....but might want to use smaller bottle with smaller hole to get better lines
No directions enclosed so you have to go to their website for instructions and ideas for projects. I purchased these for a craft project to do with my 12yr old niece. The opaque black used as leaded lines (sold in the 8oz. Bottle) was rather big, hard to hold, and the hole was large and the line it made was wide which made it hard to create crisp lines/details. (Shaky hands don't help either) I will purchase a smaller bottle with smaller hole to fill with the black and use. The colors (sold separately) are in smaller bottles that are easier to hold and use. We had a hard time with details and a bit of a challenge to avoid air bubbles and to get it fairly smooth. The dried finished product is a bit rubbery....kind of like fabric paints. We tried painting on rounded votive cups which was very challenging. I would suggest using a flat surface for a first project and avoid designs with details smaller than a quarter of an inch. It takes following the directions, using a well planned design and practice to get the results you want.
