Healthy Supplement
This powder doesn't have a strange taste but it is pretty strong so I would suggest starting small if you're using it in your yogurt for example. It can be overpowering.

Not sure what to do with this
This isn’t something you can just add to your drink and stir. It sits like mud in the bottom of the cup or glass. I tried using my frother with poor results. It says to use a blender but isn’t practical for me. I have one but it lives in a cupboard above my sink and is heavy. I really wanted to like this. I am always looking for foods that can help maintain my health. I seldom drink smoothies or shakes which seem to be on the suggested list of uses. I wish I could find an easier way to use it. Maybe in baked goods or other foods. I haven’t found any such suggestions.

Not Delicious
This has 15 servings ... no recycle mark, but there is a 2 on the bottom ..?Bitter taste, I don't like it. I was expecting a kind of mocha flavor ... this is labeled "Maya Nut".But it does have some good beneficial things like calcium, potassium, and copper and iron. From Coasta Rica ....The only ingredient is the Maya Nut ... the list of vitamins and benefits

Lots of potassium and some fiber and protein; a bit bitter and leaves grit at the bottom
I had never heard of this maya nut, but I was curious about it given the high amount of potassium in it plus the fiber and protein and a bit of a few other minerals. The flavor is bitter and is somewhat adjacent to chocolate and coffee. I don’t like coffee, and this is close enough to that flavor that I find it somewhat off-putting, but it’s not so close that I find it unusable. A good portion of this will suspend in liquid easily, but some grit does collect at the bottom, so I don’t think it’s really dissolving. Using it in a drink, then, is a little problematic, especially if it’s a thin drink or just water. You could, of course, bake with it, which would eliminate the issue. I think it’s something worth giving a try given the amount of good stuff in it, but it may be a bit of trial and error as you figure out how to incorporate this into your diet, especially if you intend to consume it daily.
