Louis - Spicy Red Plums 300 g (Pack of 2) Trinidad & Tobago Snack

I am very happy to know that I am able to purchase these through Amazon! These are the authentic Lat Chiu preserves made in Trinidad and Tobago. I took a picture of the pack next to a regular sized mouse so that you can gauge the size of the pack. When you order you will get two packs. Each pack weighs 350g/12.3oz. So, a little over a pound and a half each.In my opinion, they are mildy peppery (spicy) and sweet - perfect for me! Lat Chiu is my favorite brand for preserves like these.

I’m sorry but they are super soft, they melt in your mouth. It’s over preserved if you ask me and not spicy enough. I will just stick to my black pepper prunes. This is just my opinion though. I’m sure many other love these .

Bought these for a 'Taste of Trini' party and had to throw them out. They were dry to the point of crumbling off the pit...no moisture, very few plump and juicy ones, but not enough to salvage. Plus the taste was strange...weird flavor...like it was 'old stock'. UGH! I wasted $50 that could've gone towasrds more cold CARIB! LOL!What the heck happened to the Lat Chui brand?

Taste great. But it is very spicy.

These plums were the best. Tasted just as fresh as the packages bought on the island!

I grew up eating these. Gor the price, very expensive. I wouldn't have mind if it was worth it. No real flavor and definitely not juicy or spicy. Dry, a bit sweet. Disappointed

These plums were so good wish they would go sale so I can purchase some more.
