I bought them for the office but I was not convinced they would work. I was willing to lose the money. I stand corrected. It works like a charm. All cords at the office are now detangled. It is a pleasure to pick up the phone.

I only gave it four stars because it is a five-star device for 3- 6 months or so. But then they wear out and the phone starts losing contact at the swivel in these connectors. So this time I bought 10!

very easy to use, but they don't last long before they get static. good thing there are 10 in a pack.

Worked great at first then started causing major clarity issues - static, cut off etc.

This simple product is one of the best items I've purchased on Amazon. Bought for my work phone, the cord constantly tangles terribly ... but this actually fixed it, no more tangles!

Cord does not tangle but phone calls cut in and out.
