Excellent calming gummies for anxiety and stress. I researched all the ingredients before my purchase. It is my 10th bottle and I am very pleased with this product. Taste, effectiveness and price (when on sale) deserve the stars. However not long ago I came across a new research indicating that Ashwaganda may cause liver toxicity. So do your own research to be sure and please share your findings. I will reach out to MAV for more information.

This is the third time I reorder this product due to its quality and flavor. These gummies are delicious and work well calming me for sleep.

I've only taken these twice a day for 5 days and I can say that they do help, but the effect seems to wear off after a couple of hours for me. I will continue to take them and see if this gets better. The flavor to me is very good. Tastes just like the kid's fruit snacks! I don't feel too drowsy when I take them. Makes me feel a little more happy at work.

I've been using MAV Nutrition's children's melatonin gummies as my melatonin of choice for a over a year now. It works quickly and consistently. Yes, the gummies are weirdly hard, but since the flavor is really nice, it didn't bother me too much. So when I saw the bottle had changed looks in my Subscribe & Save, I was concerned. But the picture assured me the formula was the same, and so I hoped it actually was (also, I was hoping that fresh gummies would be softer). The bottle of the new formula arrived in my subscribe and save order today and I am not best pleased. I figured I should try the new formula early, while I still have some of the old variety left. I tried to open the bottle. I could not open the bottle with my hands, with a kitchen towel, with a dedicated bottle and jar opener tool, and sustained a cut on my face in the process. I had to pry the cap off with a butter knife. Opening child safety caps is literally part of my job and this one bested me (no, I don't keep a decapper at home). Cap finally removed, I tipped the bottle into my hand. Nothing comes out. The gummies are a lump. I live in the Northeast US. The weather's mostly been in the mid-to-to high 50s this week (granted, we got up to 70 one day). If this is the degree of clumping that's happening in the Northeast in April, I do not think it is appropriate for these to exist anywhere that gets any serious heat. I managed to break 2 gummies free from the lump. The new formula is much softer, does not have the pleasant raspberry flavor of the old variety, and most importantly, it is 45 minutes since I took it and I am not the last bit sleepy (whereas I'd be pleasantly sleepy in 30-45 minutes with the old variety). Prior to waiting for it to work, I had sought a refund from Amazon (because of course this item cannot be returned). I thought that this was a one-off fluke, that the dog food in the same box had damaged the cap and that was why I had so many problems opening the bottle. I went to this listing to order another bottle. And I stopped, and went to recent reviews, where I found another person who had the same problem I had, one day prior. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and order a second bottle, but now I'm not. Bummer, as these worked really well before. Also of note, "New Look, Same Formula!" is a lie. I still have the old bottle to compare ingredient lists. Old formula's other ingredients: glucose syrup (GMO-free maize), cane sugar, pineapple juice, gelatin, starch (GMO-free maize), citric acid, sodium citrate, natural flavors, pectin, fractionated coconut oil, carnauba wax, beeswax. New formula's other ingredients: tapioca syrup, sugar, pectin, natural flavor, citric acid, natural color. Do better, Mav Nutrition, do better.

My son likes these and I think they are tasty but sweet. My son feels these help on nights he is struggling to calm down and fall asleep.

I don’t normally rate things I buy online, but I love this calming gummies, I bought them for my 11 year old son that lately he’s having behavior issues, this gummies really do their thing, he’s been taking them for about 12 days and man he’s behavior has gotten way better, I would really recommend these gummies for any one having stress, anxiety and bad mood disorders.

The quality of sleep I received from these was great. Yes, being an adult I needed more than the suggested but that was expected. I like that it was Lemon Balm and Chamomile. I felt relaxed but not sleepy, so it was what I wanted. The flavor is tolerable. It has a slight herbal tea flavor, I think my kids might eat it. There was pineapple juice in it so that was a nice addition. The downfall is the texture! First, it was really tough. Almost like a "Dot" Halloween candy. It is so very tough that my jaw hurts afterward. I can't imagine a little kid trying to eat them! After getting past the toughness, you get the grit. I didn't know there was magnesium in these. That could have been okay, but these were very gritty. I ate it to not be wasteful and to show my kids that gross medication can, indeed, be taken. 5 stars for the sleep quality 1 star for the texture
