So a couple of years ago I began to develop a sense of weakness in my body. I did not know where it came from but I felt very weak. It kept on developing until I started getting frustrated with myself. So I went to visit my doctor. After several visits he concluded that I was a healthy human being. There are several brands you could use, several forms. But at the end of it I chose this brand. Nothing against the other brands but I am a little bias towards independent businesses. This took about two days to get to my home. I took it almost immediately. After 20 mins after I consumed the supplement... nothing happened. I still felt bad. But I know this stuff takes time to build up in your body. So I took it continuously for 5 days and noticed some great things. First off, the sleep. The quality of sleep is way better. Then other things such as my face, there is almost no acne. I never had a big issue with it but the acne I did have is almost gone. In fact my skin alone feels smoother. The dark circle under my eyes are vanishing and I honestly think its because of the improved sleep quality. Hunger? I'm less hungrier. I don't crave for anything. Bathroom? Here's the fun part, I poop so much more. This definitely improved my digestive system. AND IT'S ONLY BEEN 5 DAYS!I am excited to see what this does for me in the long run. I just want to test out the quality difference, I found it a bit odd that water is necessary to dilute the product. SupremeFulvic does not require that. I also read into about the extra water consumption while on the product. It's completely necessary for proper nutrition. I use the new brand SupremeFulvic only because it's a bit more convinient. I took the little cup provided in the NyQuil products and use that as a measuring cup. I take a shot of Fulvic every morning and I drink about 2 liters of water with lemon. And guys, the benefits are epic. I haven't been sick at all while taking this and these past few weeks it seems like everyone is coming down with the flu. But not me! Also, my skin. People who rub my skin somehow always compliment the softness. They always ask what moisturizer I use. Honestly, I don't use one. This will be my last update. I hope you all invest in this product. I am updating my review day by day, so i dont forget anything. I am a 39 year old mother of one, diagnosed with hypothyroid but not taking any medication for it, as i cannot tolerate it. I am about 60lbs overweight. I quit caffeine approximately 4 months ago which greatly improved my hypothyroid symptoms. I have also been detoxing with Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey beverage for approximately 2 months. I drink it 3x a day for a week and then take a week off. I am currently on day 2 of my latest week. I am having no detox symptoms at this time.Day 1: I recieved my bottle of mimis fulvic/humic acids at around 10am and took my first dose. (half a dropper under the tongue and held it for over 2 minutes. Most of it absorbed and i only swallowed a little bit. It doesn't taste bad, but it has flavor (what i would think dirty water might taste like). I noticed more energy within an hour or so. I also noticed a lifting of my mild depression (hypothyroid symptom). At around 2:30pm, I felt like i just needed a good cry... Which i did. Something very out of the ordinary for me. After crying for a good 15 min, i felt better and my day continued as usual. I took my second dose around 8pm. I noticed within 15min that i was yawning a lot. It was, of course close to bed time, but this was a lot more yawning than normal. The yawns just felt soooo good. I also wanted to stretch a lot. I also noted a general contentment that i had not experienced in a long time. I am very familiar with that feeling as i have practiced detoxing periodically for nearly 10 years. I took a shower and felt better, but still very tired and a mild cough developed. I felt like i was getting a cold. So far, im impressed. Im interested to see how long i detox for and what improvements i will see with my thyroid symptoms. Weight loss would be great too...
