These I thought were pretty good for the most part, the only downside was when I stuck them to the shoe, and left it overnight to make sure it really stayed, when I had gotten up, the sticking adhesiveness had worn off I guess overtime, so it wasn’t sticky anymore. So I couldn’t actually use them from when I needed them.

Perfect for my six-inch heels. I bought two just in case. The only downside is that they lose their adhesive if you detach them, but that is logical.
